Visited yesterday and got a bunch of nice succulents (great price for the size!). at the end, the Lady (owner?) helped us with a succulent that was in an arrangement. We just wanted that particular plant, which they did not have available separate. So she took a cutting for us!!! Talk about going out of your way to make a customer happy!! We come from Fonthill and its always worth the drive there to get their succulents. Now another reason to go back. Thank you!!!

This place does not have a great selection of plants and the plants they do have are overwatered and growing that green stuff over the soil that indicates overwatering. Every plant I looked was diseased and/or bugs. The staff was not knowledgeable. Thoroughly disappointed.

As a mother who has a long distance daughter in California, I would like to thank you for making her Mother's Day stressful!! She has been ordering flowers for myself and her mom-in-law for the last 5 years from you! Because of the fact that both mothers weren't happy with their flowers last year from your business, as they were very sparse, we were told we could come back with them and exchange them for something of the same price. I'm sorry that you were upset with us for exchanging the flowers! This year you tell my daughter that you won't do business with her any longer! That is not the way to run a business as you lost not only her business, but ours also and of course anyone we talk to about this incident! I hope all the mothers in your family enjoyed their Mother's Day while my daughter/daughter-in-law was humiliated and cried! Your greenhouse is NOT the only one in a small town like Fort Erie!
