The customer service for this company is non-existent. I hired them last year to take care of the lawns at our cottage after our previous person sold their company to Luke. I did not hire them again as we were not happy with them. Apparently Luke decided that they would be doing our lawns again this year without even contacting me at all, and sent a crew out on a Friday evening, after I had already hired another company to do my lawns for the following week. I arrived there to find them stuck in the middle of my front lawn, at least 8 inches deep into the clay. They had no business being there and so far Luke has not responded to my emails with pictures of the damage attached. I should have just called the police to report the damage. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Luke and the team were incredibly professional, prompt and accommodating to the changes we wanted to make to our yard and front walk way! They were on time each day with positive attitudes and always checking in to make sure we were happy with the progress. The quality of their work is incredible. This is our second year since we had Luke and his team transform our yard to an oasis and everything looks as it did on the first day. Minimal upkeep, which is what we wanted. See you in the Spring to seal everything !!! Highly recommended.

In 2016 I unexpectedly became a widow and needed to manage all the outdoor work by myself. I decided to sell my home because it became too much for me to handle. I purchased another house with my daughter and her family in which I lived in the in-law suite. As this was now our "forever" home we needed some upgrades. This past summer/fall 2019, Luke and his crew came to my rescue in a very short notice. I decided after all that I didn't want to continue pulling constant weeds from the interlock brick surrounding the backyard and driveway, my pisa wall around the garden was falling apart and the back steps to the back entrance were slowly apart as well. The interlock bricks were levelled off in many areas, resanded and coated (no more weeds for awhile), the back steps were levelled off and corrected, a new pisa wall was installed. The back patio and driveway are now looking amazing! I would recommend Luke and his crew to anyone!! Thank you Luke!
