I called them for a quote to clean out our front and back flower beds (they are in pretty bad shape). On Tuesday, 14 July 2020 a gentleman came out who was very nice and professional; took a look at what we had and said that he would have a quote to us that evening. Evening came and went with no quote, but I figured he was just busy and maybe there was a mixup with my email address (I'll admit that it can be confusing). However after the next day went by and I didn't hear anything, I emailed them asking if there was something I needed to do. No response the next day, so I sent another email from my work account (in case my personal emails were going to their spam folder) and I got a quote to my personal email account the next day (a Friday). I accepted the quote Monday morning and when I hadn't heard anything by Wednesday, I reached out to them again. No response by Friday, so I called another contractor. I understand being busy. I understand that cleaning out our flower beds may not be worth their time, but let me know. It would have taken 2 seconds to contact me and update me on the status. I'm not going to work with someone who can't keep me in the loop. ==== Edit: They finally showed up (10 August 2020) without any contact. Didn't even knock on my door when they got here; just started working. Went into the back yard without checking with me to about my dogs. They did a real nice job and the front lawn looks fantastic. The price for the work they did was very reasonable, so all the stars are for that. However the lack of communication in the whole process keeps me for using them again and/or recommending them.

At Family Counseling Associates, this was our first experience with D and M with the Spring Cleanup of the grounds surrounding our Office in Tonawanda. Outstanding job that was value priced. We hope to continue to work with them for years to come if they will continue to offer outstanding service at a great price. Wow, the old place looks great!

Have contracted for snowplowing for the 2nd year in a row. There were some issues the first year which I figured it was because I was a new customer. So far this year the date is 12/12 it snowed about 4 inches over night. I left for work at 7:45 am and when I arrived home at 5:30pm my driveway was still not done. I called and the woman that answered the phone insisted they had come out and did it. My mother is retired and was there all day and nobody ever showed up but the woman said their vehicles are tracked and they were there I told her over and over again they weren't so she told me she would send somebody out. It is now 9:15pm and I still don't have my driveway plowed out. I seriously think I am going to look into getting my money back for this season I am extremely unhappy with the service as well as the person that all but called me a liar on the phone. This is not how you run a business

I thank you guys for coming out getting all the tree branches and cutting down the tree that fell on the house during the bad wind storm. I called many other landscapers and no one showed up but you guys. Very fast service and reasonable. I will definitely be using for more services.

Amazing job on the lawn, I have a yard that's a pain to cut with a raised sidewalk a fence around the perimeter and one that cuts the yard down the middle for the tenants. They even communicated with me about where to park so they don't aggrevate any of my neighbors. They truly went above and beyond.
