Groundhog Landscaping has been maintaining our lawn for the last two years. They are incredibly professional, thorough in everything that they do and very accommodating. The entire team at Groundhog Landscaping was exceptional from start to finish! Our initial contact was with Kyle and he was able to accommodate our immediate deadline which was such a relief. He juggled his schedule and sent his #1 team (Manny and Luis) who arrived exactly on time and wrapped up within a couple of hours. They were all very friendly, super efficient, and so accommodating. Veronica was also very proactive with her email correspondence and paperwork! As for their workmanship, they removed 30+ years of vines that were like trees smothering our dilapidated garage. They cleaned up all the waste and debris and left our yard immaculate. We highly recommend Groundhog Landscaping and will definitely be using them again!

I called this company to fix a leaking sprinkler head back in July of this year. When they came to our house, they wanted to do additional work on the sprinkler like rerouting the water pipe and relocating the control system. Their verbal estimate for these services was way beyond what I was expecting so I asked them to simply fix the leak from the one head. They keep ignoring my repeated requests for an estimate. They have not fixed the leak. And they keep sending me the bill for the one visit. They have also disconnected the controller off the wall without my consent. What rights do I have as a consumer? Can anyone give me an advice?

10/10 - Great experience, service and results. Super scary trying to find the right landscaping partner but after I spoke with Kyle about my project, I knew I would only want to work with him. More than other companies I spoke to, he was patient and interested in making sure I was happy rather than just quoting and doing the work. As the work started, he was communicating clearing timelines and his team were all very polite and took pride in their work. That has a huge impact on the result.
