When we moved to Victoria, having an outdoor space that we could enjoy year round was a real priority for us. Red Door took the time to listen and consult with us on several occasions before initiating any work. Logan took our ideas and created a vision for a Japanese zen-inspired garden that exceeded our expectations. It included a pond and a beautiful dry river bed rock feature which we still admire to this day. Red Door staff were thoughtful, hard-working and clearly passionate about what they do. We formed such a strong connection through the project that we have continued a friendship to this day. Since the original build, we have continued to be repeat customers for any landscape related work. We have appreciated Logan's professional expertise and in all these years, our trust in him and Red Door remain high.

Our building had a contract with RedDoor for over 2 years. They did *not* honor the basics, would leave half way thro jobs, and billed us for hours that their staff never actually worked. Really disappointed in their service.
