My mom bought a car and paid for almost 3months ago. But she still hasn't got the car!! I've tried to talk to the owner . But no results!! He's ripping off a senior citizen!!! I'm in BC. I can't get back to Ontario now

I've been there 3 times, every time they've treated me with respect and didn't try to B.S. me on anything. I am mechanically inclined so I would have known immediately if something was fishy. All 3 times it was to get a vehicle inspection done. I did the required work needed to pass all 3 safeties myself and they were accurate with there assessment of all 3 vehicles and what they needed to pass.
