Our yard was a mess after completion of renovation work and we had the good luck to be referred to Jason Stubbs and Salisbury, who designed and constructed a marvellous landscaping job. Jason was cheerfully collaborative and great to work with. He took our initial rough concept and filled it out with his own knowledgable suggestions which made for substantial improvements. He planned out the concrete flat-work in a way that worked well with the soft landscaping. He kept within our budget throughout the design phase. Salisbury's construction team worked steadily until the job was done, kept a tidy site, and cleaned the sidewalk and street at the end of each day to minimize nuisance to the neighbours. The site construction crew brought practical solutions to problems such as downspout drainage. A year after the work was finished, the small number of warranty fixes were responded to quickly. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jason Stubbs and Salisbury.

Plants are good quality and not expensive. They don't die after transplanted as some from other places. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Pleasant shopping experience every time for the last five years. Plus they have a magazine with helpful tips for planting and suggestions for plant care for potted or house plants. I love the classes that teach how to make your own wreaths, how to make hanging baskets and potting plants.

Had landscaping design by these guys. Had to tell these people water doesn’t run up hill. All my spruce tress died and some other trees. Had a creek bed done and said make sure there is lots of slope to get water away from the hold. Finally we had to rip it up to get proper drainage. They just real didn’t want to help us out anymore. Waste of money.

Two messages left seeking an answer to a landscaping issue. I sent 2 emails via their contact link. Have not heard back at all. This is a company we used to complete our yard landscaping and spent a significant amount of money on to have it completed. I guess once they get your money they're on to the next. Salisbury did a great job! From the initial meeting where we discussed our "wish list", to drawing up the plans and choosing plants, Jason was incredibly responsive to our needs, and provided a ton of ideas and suggestions. We really appreciated how he listened to what were hoping to get, and constantly strived to get to know us, to understand our needs better. When the actual work was being performed, the staff were incredibly professional, and they worked extremely efficiently. We also really appreciated that they were respectful to the neighbours, and made sure to clean up any mess that may have made the street dirty - our neighbours even commented on how that was appreciated. Lastly, we really appreciate the follow up with Jason, and the check in's to make sure things are still going well.

Andreas Lietz is a genius at landscape design and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Salisbury Landscaping. The design fee is a steal for the design, support, and follow-up you get. We have a huge backyard that was almost a blank slate, with just sod and several diseased columnar aspens. Andreas has so much knowledge and experience and was able to design the most amazing plan based on our wish list. He is extremely knowledgeable about trees and plants and our yard is now not just beautiful, but very functional as well. One of the best parts about Salisbury Landscaping is how supportive they are without ever being pushy...after the design, they will do as much or as little of the work as you need them to do. Andreas was able to walk us through many different aspects of implementing his design (as we wanted to do much of the work ourselves)and he made himself available for support if we had questions or ran into any problems. It is only May and we have already enjoyed our yard more this year (we landscaped all last summer) than we have in the previous 4 years put together. We recommend Salisbury to all our friends!

The initial design by Jason was fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. He was very easy to work with and communicated frequently to ensure that our project was a success. We had Salisbury landscaping come out and do our full landscaping a couple years ago. This year we had it refreshed and Brian and Cesar did a great job. Brian as a horticulturalist really knows what plants and trees will do well & where they should go. They were both very knowledgable, friendly & open to discussing our ideas. They also gave us great information on preparing our garden and landscaping for the winter.

Great experience from start to finish. Jason Stubbs was a pleasure to deal with from the first consultation and worked hard to understand our needs. He generated detailed 3D imaging of what the project would look like and made all requested changes quickly. As the work was being done at the start of the season, Jason was in constant contact letting us know when the weather and the ground was suitable to begin. The work itself was carried out in a very professional manner and the staff left the area in pristine condition after completion. Jason then followed up with an onsite visit and was very helpful in offering advice to keep our new lawn in great condition. I would highly recommend Salisbury to anybody in the Edmonton area
