I thought Garden Magic was a catchy name for a landscaping business but after going out to my back yard the morning after Robert and his lovely team Casey and James did the work it felt like real Magic, a total transformation of my back yard, I loved it. I also loved the way they worked as a team,light hearted ,thorough,and experienced, and each had their own expertise. This is the calibre of custom care that is disappearing in this world. Robert came for free consultation and chat.He delivered exactly as he said he would and returned today to check on my lawn and give follow up care advice. I can very highly recommend Robert and his crew to consult and transform however little or big your project or dreams maybe. MAGIC!

Though they didn’t have hundreds of reviews like many of their larger counterparts, the ones they did have were excellent so I took a chance. Well, I’m happy to confirm that the reviews were spot-on. Robert, Jane, James, and Casey worked incredibly hard for three solid days on our yard. The quote was reasonable and they arrived on time every morning. Garden Magic is exactly that, magical! What an amazing honest landscaping team and watch them transform your garden into a piece of paradise before your eyes. Robert began working on my city garden back in 2005 and to this very day he continues to work his magic with his excellent team on my acreage. I found Robert to be very detailed in his work with excellent communication skills and professionalism all the way. Always taking care and checking in with you about decisions of what you would like and also offering excellent alternatives. It’s always rewarding to find services where they are not only honest and trustworthy but care about their work and the clients needs. Robert and his team planted trees, fruit bushes and much more on my acreage. He even came with me to the garden centre to help me pick out my trees!! This was very rewarding to me because not only did I not know what I was looking for but he also helped me save a lot of money by offering his own incentives which is rare in this day and age for someone to go above and beyond to help transform your garden in this way which shows that Robert genuinely cares more about you and your garden than making loads of money from you! Highly recommend! Magical indeed.

They worked with our plan, gave us new suggestions and were ready to make any changes we needed even "on the fly" ... real collaboration. Robert and his team have done two landscaping jobs for us now, one in September 2016 and one in September 2019. Both times he has done a beautiful job, on time and on budget. He gives clear and detailed estimates so you can have confidence in what you are getting from him. He stands by his work, e.g. by replacing perennials he puts in if they don't get through the first winter. And he has great design instincts and gives good advice on what will and will not work well for your space. Our "new" back yard (done in 2016) looks beautiful now and has given us much pleasure already. If you want your landscaping experience to be a breeze, go with Robert and his crew! THE BEST! Robert and his team saved us from a landscaping nightmare. Our previous landscaper didn't put any topsoil down under our bark mulch and all of our plants would have died if Robert hadn't brought it to my attention. I later hired him to correct the deficiencies and was so impressed with the whole experience! Robert has excellent communication and organizational skills which are sorely lacking in this industry. His crew was on-time, respectful, tidy, and went out of their way to make the experience positive. They even took the time to entertain my 4 year old son and let him "help".
