Took time off work to meet for a quote.. Joe took two hours with me to go over all possibilities to get the quote right. A month of follow ups with no quote.. no response to emails or voicemails.. not hard to pick up the phone and say we can't do the project.

In 2021 early spring I contracted about 6-7 different landscapers to get our asphalt driveway redone and doing some minor repairs to our front entry steps. Out of the only 2 or 3 that returned our emails/calls, only Ranaldi took the time to show up (at a convenient time nonetheless) and take a look. Instead of excavating and repaving from scratch, Remo suggested our driveway could be given new life of at least 10-15 years simply by resurfacing (2" of new asphalt over existing surface) as the foundation was still in good shape, at 1/3rd of the cost. Once we agreed, Remo gave us a rough timeline for when the work would be done, kept us informed and gave us a heads up when they were ready to start; all within a very reasonable time frame. It's been just a few weeks since the work was done so this is not a long term review, however our driveway looks fantastic. No more ruts! Instead of simply adding 2" of asphalt everywhere, they actually raised the height of the pavement much more than that in some areas to improve drainage and grading. Our entry steps were also repaired as promised and they are so much better than before, no more crooked and uneven steps! The crew were professional and did a good clean-up before leaving. Overall, we are very pleased with Remo and his team. Highly recommend.

We met with Remo of Ranaldi inc in early June this year. Nice man.... We had 2 projects that needed to be addressed: our walkway, and extension of our driveway. It was suggested we wait till next year for the driveway... that was fine. On the other issue, our walkway, Remo promised it would be completed in early to mid September. After multiple calls to the receptionist, nothing has happened. Here we are in November and our walkway is still in disrepair. Remo never called us back to explain the delay and obviously now, it’s too late due to the weather. I understand weather could delay projects, but this does not impede on his picking up his phone and calling us back! Very Disrespectful. I am so disappointed with Ranaldi Inc.... Beware ..... what you see is NOT what you get when dealing with this company.

I chose Joe and his team to do the work at my house because I was impressed with the work he did at a neighbors house. I am very satisfied with the raised garden bed with shrubs and cedars he made, and repaired the stairs, both exactly as I had requested. I have received compliments from neighbors as well for the beautiful enhancement to my property. I will be requesting Ranaldi to return in the fall to work on my front walkway and stairs, once the roadwork is done on my street. I recommend Ranaldi not only for the reasonable cost of his work but the pride he and his team have in the project they do.

They just finished designing and building a beautiful garden for me. They came when they said they were going to come, executed the work professionally, cleaned up at the end of every day, came by to see if we were satisfied with the work before requesting payment, and followed up the next week with another visit. I requested a quote, A rep came and inspected the property on Oct 15th. it's now Nov 17th. Still waiting to get a quote. Called several times and left a message, can never get thru. The secretary called and said she doesn't know why the rep isn't getting back to me. Sent 4 emails to the Rep. no replies!! If he doesn't want to quote, at least have the decency to let me know. Pretty disappointing. I have now wasted 4 weeks.

The company is professional and do amazing work. On time, long lasting and got work done 20 years a go and still in amazing state. It amaze me how people disguise themselves behind fake name and that they haven’t got work done by them and post lies like Hollylee and Hebert and many other that have only 1 star. Putting down companies just for the fun of it is very disgraceful.

The reviews that I read were not related to the quality of work offered. They completed work before scheduled date. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone. They are respectful and very knowledgeable. They do not try to take advantage and offer different options to get the best results.

I have been waiting 3 weeks now for a quote after the rep came and discussed the work that needed to be done with me in great detail. I spoke to the secretary several times and each time I am told he will get back to me but I have yet to hear from them. What a waste of time!

We have used Ranaldi Inc services for our driveway and walkway 3 years ago. We were very happy with them. Everything still looks fantastic. It was an easy choice to go back to them when the time came to redo the walkway, driveway and landscaping for a family member. Remo and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Do not believe a word they say. After receiving a quote in August we were told over and over there would not be a problem and our driveway would be done before winter. I called the office to reiterate my concern that it was getting later in the year many times and was always told "Don't worry, it will be done, we work well into the fall'. I was texting with the contractor who kept saying he would let me know when they were coming. Then it started getting colder. He mentioned the cold but gave me a tentative start date. I asked him to keep me posted. I've heard nothing since. Not even a text to let me know they're not coming. Now it's too late for this year. This was not just a repaving, we are widening our driveway. So now one car has to be parked on grass for the winter which will make the job more difficult for our snow clearing company. We followed up diligently with them, they kept making promises but they never came through. Had they told us they couldn't fit us in we could have found another contractor, but they kept promising. On top of this we had secured the permit from the city on Renaldi's advice. By spring it will have expired and we will likely have to pay again for another permit. Needless to say in the spring we will be using another company for our driveway.

Uni-stone driveway and entrance to front door. Contractor had to come back the following summer to re-do part of driveway. Needed a formal letter to get him to come back. Now, driveway and side walls have shifted and walkway looking quite bad. Poor quality of work. Not recommended.
