Alex and his team installed a wooden fence in the backyard on my property. Alex listened to my needs and made the changes according to what I asked for. In addition to my requirements, Alex's team were willing to start and finish the project before a looming deadline I had which I really appreciated, and the finished product looks absolutely gorgeous!! On Dec 30th 2019 a rival snow company suddenly ceased operations the day of a 15 cm storm, leaving over 5000 customers high and dry. PL were very responsive and followed up immediately when I called, scrambling to find a new snow removal contract. They were not the cheapest when looking for quotes, but sometimes it pays to spend a few more $ for good service. I saw them the morning after clearing driveways from new clients that had only signed a few hours earlier, while larger operations were still dealing with the influx of sudden demand. Well organised operation PL, good job, I recommend !
