Lots of parking. Great selection of plants and especially windmill palm trees. A good selection of flowering plants in fall as well. Excellent Covid distancing for those waiting to pay. Friendly staff

Harris Nursery in Delta has been around for years and I have always had great customer experience. Now all we need to do is get Google to show the correct days of the week Harris Nursery in Delta is open. I checked with the store today and they are open 7 days per week. They are NOT CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday.

I have been going to this Nursery for over 25 years. I had an incident today that will make me never return there again. I was shopping for a strawberry pot which 2 staff members told me was 30% off, when I went to check out, the owner said no.. this one isn't. I said OK.. you have the 30% off anything in 2 days, could you hold it for me. No he says. He knows me after all these years, recognizes me. I feel sad, that a local company that I have been going to for so many years would be so inflexible after being such a loyal customer. This to me is not good business practice.. PR.. whatever you want to call it. Shame on you.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of flowers, trees, seeds, and garden supplies. They took good care of the starter plants so replanting to permanent spot always yield good results. Top notch bulk materials. A bit on the pricier side but watch for some good sales throughout the season.

Horrible service by the Manager of all people. When simply asked about product line, the lack of helpfulness and attitude was shocking. For someone who apparently us suppose to train and manage their own people to be acting this way towards their customers is troubling to the owners. I suggest to the owners to rethink the managers roll in the front lines if they have no concern for customer relations. I have spent a considerable investment over the years and gave Harris Nursery a substantial amount of business, but they continue to go down hill in regards to how they treat the customer base. Training needs to be implemented as this is after all a retail based business. I will not be patronizing this store until things change considerably. Plenty of other options even though my first option is to support local. But in this case not worth the tongue lashing one expects to receive when asking for advice.

The staff is very polite but lack product knowledge. The manager should take sometime to teach the staff about what product they have on site. Since Richmond has one garden centre left they have captured market for Delta and Richmond plus it makes for a better shopping experience.

Nice assortment of flowers and plants, but pricier considering location is away from city. As I walked around, no one offered assistance or acknowledged my presence, it wasnt busy. When I went to cashiers, there were 3 teenagers/young adults who were busy chatting. The young girl didnt look up or say hello when she rang in my purchase. Not impressed. Not certain I would go back or recommend
