Had a very good experience here picked up a set of winter tires through the MPI winter tire program. very fast and Professional Service I only had a couple of hours to get them done and they had no problem doing it. They got it started right away and we're done in less than 1 hour. I got a set of summit ice edge winter tires and am vary happy with them. I recommend winter tires on every vehicle even 4×4's for braking performance and also helps reduce stress brake and ABS System

My wife went in with a low tire. A guy named erik came out and saw there was a nail in it. My wife had the kids and dog with her as she was leaving town. He got her in right away and fixed it even knowing they were busy. Great service today

After going to 2 other shops that said a hole in my tire couldn't be fixed, and tried to sell me a $250 tire + install fee, kal tire came to the rescue and fixed it and didn't even charge me! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this place. I will be a life long customer.

Not impressed at all... I bought a set of tires and rims at Kal Tire in Edmonton (on 104th ave) and they weren't balanced properly. So since I had to drive back to Fort Mac that day, I took my car to that branch instead of going back to Edmonton. I couldn't take an appointment to get it done, they had squeeze me in some time during the day. So I had to leave my car there THE WHOLE DAY to get my wheels balanced, very convenient!! .. Then they said it would be ready some time around 6pm and they would call back. That obviously never happened. I had to call back at 6:00, only to find out that they were closed. But that's not the worse part, the job wasn't even done right. Soon as I took the car on the highway, it started shaking again. So I went back AGAIN, and left the car there the whole day, got it back at 9:00 pm, and AGAIN the job wasn't done properly. Now I have to go back to the branch where I bought the tires & rims in Edmonton and I'm returning them. Honestly, I am very disappointed by the quality of their service, but I give you 10 for TRYING.

Coming out of camp from a layoff at a job had a flat tire that was coming off the rim. Got my car towed to Kal Tire and they did everything humanly possible to get me back on the road before the day was done stayed late past their closing time to do it. And went out of their way to give me one of the best deals possible on winter tires to make sure I could afford them and be safe on my way. The customer service at this location is incredible. If only other businesses could be this good there would be very few problems. I cannot say enough about the kindness and hard work they showed me at the Fort McMurray branch. Once again incredible service.

I hate to write anything poor about a company, but please be warned...I have had 2 vehicles literally destroyed by the mistakes made by this kal-tire, the first was a limited production vw r32...the wheels were torqued with an impact gun, cracking the lugs...wheel fell off while driving and the entire front driver side of the car was ruined, 7 weeks later the identical thing occurred to my Toyota Tacoma while driving, same wheel, same time frame, same shop...torqueing lugs with impact guns...on the wall of the shop a sign reads "all lug nuts must be hand tightened", clearly they do not follow their own policies, resulting in 20k+ damage and 2 devalued vehciles

They do not answer the phone, EVER! They always have two people working the counter and I've never reached them on the phone. I've been in the office and I was the only customer in the store, the phone constantly rings and the other guy at the counter just ignores it. SHYSTERS quoted my 2500 dollars in repairs that were needed before a wheel alignment. Went to a different mechanic and they said I didn't need most of the stuff Kal Tire told me and it only costed 600 including the alignment.

Absolutely outstanding, and genuine customer service!! The low pressure signal had flashed up on my vehicle for the past week. I put air in all 4 but noticed the rear passenger wasn't retaining it. I drove up yesterday at around 4:30pm they took my truck straight in. I had a bead leak on the rear passenger side and they not only repaired that but they put sealant on all 4 to prevent me from having to come back ALL with NO charge just over an hour, whereas most dealers you'd be leaving it overnight & would leave a hole in your wallet. All you have to do is buy their hard wearing, excellent quality tires and any repair job that occurs along the way, the technicians perform generally for free! 12 years I've been coming here and the guys at this location never ever fail to disappoint!! Always very accommodating, professional and not condescending towards women which is so refreshing. Thanks again for taking care of me and my vehicle I'll always recommend Kal Tire to anyone and be a returning customer! : ) Keep up the great work! Ruth

We had a bad bulge on a front tire sidewall. It was very dangerous. We called Kal tire and they got us in straight away. It took no more than 45 minutes. We were very happy with their service. And to make our day even better. They did all the work for no charge. Now that's what I call service.

The actual work on the vehicle is ok, it's the "process" to get there that was ridiculously painful. First appointment was booked incorrectly by Kal Tire so we showed up for nothing. Dropping the vehicle, NO DROP BOX FOR THE KEY!!! So, wife had to go back the next morning to drop off the key. Going to pick up the vehicle at 5:30 pm because it closes at 6 pm... Staff are always friendly and always get the job done so definetly recommend in that sense!. I'm always here repairing tires, getting a new set, oil changes ect...even bought a set of tires a couple weeks ago from them. However sometimes I have my children with me and have to wait in the lobby for a procedure to be finished... Trouble is there is NO baby change table in the bathroom so I had to change my daughter's diaper in the waiting area on a rug on the ground in front of other patrons. It was either that or the dirty bathroom floor, NOT NICE. Kal Tire please cater to Mom's/babies customers.

Service is good but can improve I know this is the busy time of year but as mentioned to the service guy that when we buy new tires expect little bit wash on rims shine on new tire and rims which I was missing from my recent trip otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Garbage. First time I went there I got my winter tires installed. They are a directional tire and kaltire had put them on backward... Then I noticed some studs missing and wen I went back, a week later, they wouldn't warrantee the tire because it was on backward. Then today I went in and was told 1.5 hours for my tires to be balanced. 2 hours later my truck still wasn't even in the shop. Never going there again.

Only reason they're still in business is due to all the oil companies' fleets that require servicing. Their customer service is almost non-existant. Last year, they didn't properly torque my wheels after having my summers put on. Wheels could've fallen off. This year, ordered the wrong set of winter tires. All in all, done with Kal Tire. Can only take so much pain.

Run far and fast from this place. By far the worst procedures for dealing with customers and making appointments. I purchased tires from here a few years ago and they offered free repairs as part of the tire package. I got a nail in my tire recently and was told to come at 8am the next day. When I showed up at 7:50am, there was a line of 15 people with more showing up the whole time. A worker came out and told us that only the first 5 customers could get in right away and the rest would have to leave their car for the day. Everyone in line was told the same thing: come tomorrow at 8am and we will work on your vehicle. So, they tell ALL of us to come in at 8am with no mention of how busy it will be or the fact that they won't be able to even do the work in a timely manner. I went to Fountain Tire down the road and got in right away. And, guess what, Fountain Tire takes appointments. See ya, Kal Tire! I do not recommend your business. You don't respect your customers' time and your "warranty" is meaningless if you can't fulfill your commitment.

Staff was very helpful but they where working with substandard equipment sockets where wore out the guy fixing my tire under a canopy it had 12 lights only one working so he was basically working in the dark he did a good job with what he had to work with

I was having issues dealing with legacy dodge regarding a warranty issue that was never resolved. I brought my vehicle here for a second opinion and the mechanic has been beyond helpful. I would happily pay out of pocket for the service here over getting warranty work from Legacy any day.

I've been taking my car there to have summer/winter tires with rims swapped out for three years. Of course this is a very hectic time for these hard working guys with everyone wanting to change their tires for the season. Yes - I had to drop the car off and there was uncertainty as to when it would be ready but they always had them on the same day...free of charge. We will buy our tires from Kal Tire and feel we've had great service.

Service is prompt as you can expect for a tire shop, as I understand it, it takes awhile to change tires when not Auto racing. They take reservations if you store tires with them and the tire storage option is very convenient.

I ordered wheels and winter tires on September 20, 2021. I was given an ETA of less than 2 weeks. On four separate occasions I tried calling to get a status update on my order but nobody answered the phone. Today, October 21, I went to Kal-tire in person. The phones were ringing non-stop and not once were they answered while I waited for someone to help me. I was told that the tires I had ordered are on backorder. There was no mention of a backorder prior to my visit.They have essentially wasted a month of my time waiting, while I could have used that time to source out winter tires that aren't on backorder, or by going through a different company to order tires. I have been using Kal-tire for 20 years and the last two times I've used them for wheel/tire service, they have been unprofessional. It's time to do business with a different tire company.

Been buying tires for personal and commercial vehicles here for 12 years. I'm sad to say, they've gone downhill bigtime. Placed an order over a month ago to beat the winter rush, they stated they needed two weeks to receive the parts. Went in today after several days of not answering the phone. The order was never placed, and only setup as a quote. I get that they have a lot of new people. I get that there are supply chain issues. I even understand the need to cut costs from a business perspective. However customer service, and this includes communication is a must. Whether a lack of management oversight for training, or just trying to keep clients from going elsewhere with false statements, it's sad to see. Solved my problem with fountain tire in gregoire. 4 days to get the parts in and picked up. Excellent customer service and they actually answer the phone.
