Home hardware is great. They are always helpful. Staff goes above and beyond to help get you what you need. I love the middle aisle as well. Always random cool stuff for great sale prices. I like to go there periodically just to check out the sale items.

I believe this is my second home actually and I am surrounded by family! Everyone who works here is super nice and helpful. Gary at the desk and the older paint man have helped me sooooo many times and they are so nice about it. You can bring your dog in the store on a leash and the staff have ample of treats for them too which is perfect for training purposes as we live on a farm so she doesn't get to be around so many people. Can't say enough about my second home hardware...get it lol

BUYER BEWARE Prices posted are NOT what the till charges!! Even after pointing out the error to staff, I was given the 'oh well, what do you do....' It's plainly obvious to anybody with these two pictures, this is the EXACT item listed on the sticker showing $23.49, not 'misplaced in the wrong pocket' or 'somebody must have changed the stickers on the wood around'. The numbers on the receipt match the sticker. This is charge more than the listed price and hopefully it slides, and a 58% surcharge up to $37.33 to boot!! The prices here have always been a bit high, but you'd like to support the local outfit in tougher times. I left disappointed and feeling like this was my fault somehow.

Outstanding customer service from Carolyn (?? sorry I'm not sure I've remembered that correctly) who helped me in the paint dept. yesterday. I won't get into the details but there was some miscommunication (both parties probably at fault) that created a problem which wasn't dealt with very sympathetically at first. She turned things around efficiently and with understanding and thereby saved a sale while also ensuring my continued custom. Great job, well done and thank you.

The store is an island for RVers. Got there to late to buy anything, but saw the last employee leaving work. Told him we were very thankful to stay overnight, and tell his boss we love the gesture, as we would be gone before opening. Walmart will not get any of my hardware business.

Pulled in just before closing and while many staff offered to help me find what I was after not once did anyone make me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience. I was sure to wrap up before 6pm though. Also want to say a huge THANK YOU to allowing us to overnight in our RV in your lot for the night. Especially enjoyed your Welcome signs in the sea of NO signs in the plaza. We purchased $30 worth of sandpaper for a project to help support your establishment specifically and the local economy of Cranbrook. Thank you!
