Have owned 2 Jackson Grills over a number of years. Terrific product, heavily used....300 plus times per year. Finally wore out the grill! a half decade after purchase, went to see Justine, who we purchased from. I jokingly inquired if it was under warranty and yes it was. So, 2 weeks later the parts arrived and have been installed. We have no hesitation whatsoever recommending this company for a first purchase of a Jackson Grill and in our case, 3rd. These guys were willing to accommodate and delivered it to me so I could have it set up for the holidays. We just bought an outdoor patio set, fire table and cantilever at Rainforest. Great product and experience in store. Their Salespeople are great to deal with and give you the straight facts about the manufacturers they carry. High quality outdoor furniture that looks like it will last a long time. UPDATE: We also had Rainforest repair and service our hot tub that we bought from another store in town. Rainforest solved the problem and went the extra mile to find the right part for us even though the brand of tub wasn't one of the ones they carry. Honestly, these guys are excellent!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Went above and beyond to help with a hot tub that was needed for therapy and wasn't even purchased from Rainforest. They just acquired themselves a customer for all our future hot tub needs (and patio fire pits and patio heaters and...well, you get the idea.). Prompt, professional, and personable..thank you Ian...and Justine for expediting our repair work! And as the cherry on top, part of the conversation after Ian was finishing up went something like this: Me: So what was wrong with it. Ian: Looks like it was a faulty capacitor. Me: Like in Back To The Future? Does that mean I have a hot tub time machine. Wait! Isn't that another movie? Ian: Yeah, but you'd have to get it up to 85 miles an hour to time travel. Best tech experience ever! :D

I bought a fire table last winter and when it was delivered the cover was missing. The delivery staff told us it would be delivered separately whenever they got one. My partner called to follow up twice and was told no covers available. Today (in September) he called again and was told the same but when pressed they said he could pick up a generic cover. No refunds or apologies given for a cheaper product provided 6 months late. UPDATE: I received a call from staff following this review. He was very apologetic and provided a refund for the cover.

Delivered hot tub as scheduled, very efficient with setting it up. When we had some issues in the heating of the hot tub they came out to check the next day and found that it needed a replacement part which they then came back and repaired it that day.

We purchased pretty much our entire patio furniture from Rainforest and will be replacing the older stuff with their furniture. What I love is that I can design my set to suit my needs. Pick the colour of both the furniture and the cushions that I want. I wanted a sectional that seated approx 12-15 people and that is what I got. They came out and put it together and took all the garbage with them. We also purchased the umbrella from them as well. Could not be happier. :)

I have spent a lot of money in this store over the years but recently ordered an item which I thought was a little expensive, before ordering I checked what it would cost in Vancouver but ordered locally as I like to support the community. Well i saw the bill and said it was over $100 more than Vancouver and maybe 200 more than online. Justine said that was incorrect they had to charge a set price, she did check later and confirmed the lower pricing. Her other comment rather than being sympathetic was she should have charged me more! Really disappointed in the manner in which this was handled, customer service and social media are big today.

Justine and Graeme have been super available and easy to talk to. They know a lot about the product and answered all my questions. They really know how the strike a balance and not use any pressure tactics but at the same time really support me in decision making and planning. I highly recommend Hydropool and Rainforest Outdoor Living to anyone interested in a swim spa. Despite all the self isolation with COVID, now my whole family is really looking forward to staying home this summer!

I am very disappointed the people at Rain Forest Outdoor Living are very good about selling their products but their service support stinks we purchased a hot tub there last december and because we live in remote Gold River we have trouble getting service people in here without it costing an arm and a leg also they never return phone calls you have to keep phoning them to get any results we've had trouble with the air flow have asked for advice or help on several occasions and never yet get results I would recommend thinking twice about purchasing anything from them
