Don't let the laid back appearance of the premises influence you. Similar to previous posts, my experience was 100%. The owner attended to lawn mower repair in person, and I had my mower back in two days working and looking just like new.

Called to see if it was worth bringing my mower in for repair (was puffing large amounts of blue smoke). Was given some quick advice over the phone and it solved my problem! Next time I need any repairs I will most certainly head to MI!! I never expect free help, especially these days, but he has earned any future business from me that's for sure.
