For St.Patrick's Day we created some delicious dark & milk chocolate Beer Mosiacs using Gladstone's IPA. Absolutely perfect pairing! They were wonderful and our customers agreed. It's great to have the Brewery in our neighborhood!

The Porter is so good! The new burger bar is pumping out some great food... love the slider/full burger option for each menu item. Didn't eat one but saw several in our group and everyone enjoyed them. The curry fries were great and the poutine was really good with some sort of rosemary truffle oil. Beers great, food good... want to go back soon!

Gladstone brewing is always good for a beer. Staff are friendly and the patio is a great dog friendly option. Burgers were ok but definitely on the small side. Buzzer was broken so I think our food sat on the pass for a while. I would definitely go back for beers.... but probably not food. I'm ok with that.

Well its a brew house. So you'll probably find a beer you'll like. Nice patio area that allows dogs. That's both good and bad. I counted 7 dog some not on leash. Saw a couple of them peeing on the planter box. So some irresponsible dog owners. Nice burgers and other treats food menu

Came here for lunch with my girlfriend, rude staff for the food line, with overpriced, poor quality food. Pretty sure they use cheesewhiz on the super nachos. However the beer is good. Get your beer here and get your food somewhere else

Snotty teenagers pouring pints of quiet good beer. Nobody has got a clue what's in it how it's made or cares therefore, little or no effort is preferred. The way you, the paying customer is treated, is atrocious. Nice business model you've got going there, only works in the Comox Valley though. No food on Sundays!?! You can not be taken seriously.

Good fresh beer, nothing wrong with that. The brews are a little safe, nothing too bold or interesting but I've only tried the Belgian Single, IPA and NE IPA. They had more options beyond the growler fill station as well. Definitely worth checking out.

I walked into Gladstone's with a simple desire to escape the ever burgeoning gap between myself and the world. For once, I chose right. The almost half complete feel of the interior is a blessing in disguise. It yields a diamond in the rough feel. I took a seat at the bar, and promptly ordered a dark ale. The choice was a new selection, Czech Dark Ale. It was smooth, whisking me away to a place of comfort, aided in no small part by the scintillating conversation offered by the bartender. I then happened to spy with my little eye, a menu across the way in the aptly named Burger Bar. The angry burg stood out in all it's fiery expression. The slider was enough. It was hot to the tongue as in its own sahara. I loved every bite. It may not be everyone's taste but if you fancy the eclectic and avant garde then Gladstone's might be the home you're searching for wanderer.

The staff are always helpful and fun. The décor is great and fits what the place was before (a garage). If you like craft beer, you will enjoy there's, they usually have a flavour for everyone. It also sells quickly. They also a local pizzeria attached for when you sit there longer than you expected and realize it's dinner time.

My daughter and I like to drop by for a cider and a bite to eat. The last few times the cider was so tart that we didn't even finish it on our last visit. My daughter got the sleeper salad and chicken - always good. I got the Belgium buffalo wings - not sure if they changed the recipe but they tasted exactly like Frank's hot sauce. Disappointing.

50/50 burger and poutine. Burger was awesome, poutine needs a little more work between the cheese and the gravy ... If I walk in you better be prepared for a Gordon Ramsay critique, haha. Pet friendly patio is certainly key for me and Chewy. Pint of porter was good. No table service so don't sit there and wait like I did, just go up and get it. Live music was a nice touch.

Spectacular suds! The brewery has a great selection of brews (loved the Ortega Saison which had a wine, citrusy vibe) and a side door for growler refills! They’ve recently expanded the patio to include seating from the adjacent coffee shop so there’s plenty of room. Great location and ambiance to enjoy an afternoon with a beer in Comox!

Solid COVID preventative measures. Chairs were a tad uncomfy for our butts. Beverages were tasty, including the non-alcoholic root beer and orange cream in bottles. The staff were relaxed yet professional and very welcoming. Patio heat lamps kept us nicely warmed while enjoying our beverages on a chilly July afternoon. An all around great place, whole hearted recommend!

5/5 for the drinks and the ambiance/service/general enjoyability. Their dry cider is superb and partner is a big fan of the beers. The burgers are tasty but $13-15 without a side is a little steep for what you get IMO. If you are planning on spending an evening there drinking, what you spend on food is likely balanced out by what you save on beer compared to a restaurant, but if you are a light drinker and on a budget, maybe eat before hand. Lastly re their poutine: I don't understand their gravy choice TBH, unusually mild from my experience. All that said, I still recommend it happily.

IPA was the bomb. huge, potent beer, immensely flavourful, rich and complex. i would pit it against the best IPA's in the PNW. the Belgian was delicious. straight forward and quaffable, not cloying and soapy like so many belgian beers. nice mild hop character to finish. this will be popular for them. keep it up folks.

This is a cozy little brewery with a great west coast inspired tasting room with communal seating, cozy lighting and cribbage boards. There is a good sized covered outdoor patio with heaters and a pizza place shares the tap room. These guys love good beer and believe you should share it together! Only a few selections for now but bring or buy a growler and fill er up!

Was very good. The atmosphere was top notch, really a sense of community and bonding which hasn’t really felt in a year or so with COVID doing COVID things. The staff was great and very accommodating, especially since it was our first time being there. The drinks were great, the burger was top notch. The only minor complaint I had was the fries were very salty, so if you get the fries, ask for light salt (unless you’re into salty foods). Definitely will come again.

My fiancé and I come here quite a bit, and we always have a good time at Gladstone (we actually had our second date here 3 years ago). The brews are fantastic. If you aren’t a beer person, they offer a selection of ciders and wine, and have non-alcoholic choices for the DD! The staff are always friendly, and the patio heaters make for a great year round hangout spot!

3 out of 4 times we've ordered food and then after waiting we've found out that the order was never placed. Beer tastes good but common, order food and paid for it but the order never made it to the kitchen 3 times in last 2 months. Either we have terrible luck or this place has got some issues. This local brewery is a true gem. the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable about all the house-made craft beer offered, wine, cider and other beverages. Best burgers in town easily! the meat is so melt in your mouth juicy, and the vegetarian range is awesome because its homemade and creative, you can tell the Chef, Brandon, has put a ton of efforts into the recipes , so he gets a shoutout here aswell. a place where you can let off steam and feel at home, cozy indoors or on the heated patio. the music is an attribute to a great atmosphere, and it draws in a family friendly, social crowd. ( lots of cute dogs too) your one stop for beer, music , food and community!

Excellent Microbrewery, good variety of craft beers, favorites & limited time specials. Pizza is superb, delicious, often unique combinations. Staff is easygoing, friendly & helpful. Located across from the Courtenay Museum in the Old Orchard District. Imagine on a hot day, relaxing on their shady patio, washing down a scrumptious piece of pizza with a pint of icy cold incredible beer. Can life get any better then that. Maybe taking home a Growler or two, with a side chaser of pizza.

Great place to share a good beer with friends. Dogs are allowed on thr patio. Had big umbrellas for shade. You grab a table, then go order your beer and food. You pay first which is very English style. You take your drink bit they will bring your food. Prices are reasonable. Food selection is not huge pub style like burgers and such. Not great for appies. Would have preferred nachos with my beer. Got parmesan garlic fries. They were good. The garlic taste is very potent which I liked. Servers are great atmosphere is great. Highly recommend.

Nice addition to the local scene. It's premise is a social interaction venue. Food offerings are limited, but the beverages (not just beer) are ample. Inside, there are communal long tables. Outside, there many different seating options. Children and well behaved dogs are welcomed on the outdoor patio. Note that food will be served by staff, but alcoholic beverages must be purchased in-person while inside.

Nice brewery with counter service only. Loved the hazy selections. Indoor long tables and big outdoor patio. Good crowd on a sunday night. Kid friendly. Great tacos from the attached business.

Came here for the first time and enjoyed the beer and the food. Tried a flight before having a pint since the taps all rotate with different beers which is nice. Also tried a veggie burger and parmigiana fries which where both good. It also has a nice large patio to hang out.

Most of the time fantastic. When guerilla pizza was there, fantastic, taco joint ever great at all, but now you've got burgers it's back on top. Miss the sour, Belgian single is great. Glad to be back here
