It is an absolutely beautiful Garden Centre, with plenty of products to choose from! I went home with an array of plants, and was given great advice on what soil to use for them. They were a little under staffed, but when I was able to speak with a staff member they were knowledgeable, helpful, and personable!

I went to get some advice on what looked like grey mold on my petunias. I was referred to Jennifer for help, she just went on Google and did the same thing I did at home, I had to point out to her that the sample flower I brought in looked just like the picture of one with grey mold on a the site. I also mentioned I had what looked like an aphid problem on my nasturtiums and she recommended End all Spray. I just pulled it out to use it and it says specifically on the bottle NOT to use it on this plant. I came over the bridge specifically because this was a garden center. For this kind of poor service and absolutely no knowledge I could have gone to Home Depot and saved myself the 45 minute drive back across the bridge.

I brought home hundreds of millipedes with the plants I bought here. It only happens with the plants from this store. The worst nightmare. They’re not harmful to humans but the store is creating a better condition for bugs than for some plants, such as too much water where it’s not necessary.

I have been waiting 4 weeks for an order. I was told it would be 3 days, then the next week, and it’s still not here. I drove in from Vancouver 3 times to speak to Sophie who was never in, I left 3 messages for her and she never called back once. They never answer the phone so your forced to drive there - and I saw it left off the hook one time. I have been waiting and waiting and the service has been absolutely horrible. At least call the customer back and let them know if you are backlogged or the items aren’t available or respond to the messages. Out of respect! I would not recommend this place nor go there for business ever again. This is unacceptable.
