I am sorry to be writing another bad review. We know the owners through our kids school, but the truth is still the truth. We were in the store to order a truck load of earth with my in-laws. I saw they had different products on-line and proceeded to ask the person at the cash what the differences were. He was rude and refused to answer. He told me what I want to purchase. When I asked him to explain, he actually through the sales manual at me. I could not believe my eyes. I work in customer service and this was the worst I had experienced in quite some time. I won’t bore you with the details, but it went down hill from there. I understand they are in an affluent area and charging some of the most inflated prices in the city, but the least you should expect is to get what I consider to be the minimum of service; someone to answer your questions with a smile. Not an arrogant pri@k that could not care less if you gave them your business or not. Hopefully the owners will clean house before next planting season. I understand how difficult it can be when it comes to family. Next year Rona will get my business at a fraction of the cost.

I've lived nearby for years but only visited now because I recently developed a green thumb. I used to never understand why there'd constantly be a lineup of cars waiting to get in to the parking... then I finally visited the nursery and understood. It is bigger than I expected. So many variety of plants. I specifically went to buy soils, perilite, etc... and they had everything I needed. I must've annoyed the workers with my constant questions since I didn't know where anything was but they were all very patient and helpful. I can't wait to return at the beginning of next season so I can see everything this place has to offer!!

I han unfortunate experience with a supervisor there recently. Ordered online back in April, mid-April I think. I was contacted very quickly to take the payment on my credit card but no one ever contacted me to schedule the delivery. I followed up 2 times after my initial order and was told to wait each time and reassured that someone would reach out within the next week or two. Come beginning June and I call to follow up again and I'm finally being offered a delivery date. By then, I'm not ready to have the delivery anymore and I ask to have it put on hold. Now, end of june, I no longer need the product I ordered and call to cancel but am offered either a full in store credit or a refund -5% fee for the charges linked to credit card payment. Why on earth would a company call to take a full payment on my card if they are unable to deliver within a reasonable delay and expect me to be ok with not getting a full refund when I decide that I want to cancel nearly 2 and half months later. Regardless of why I cancel my order, regardless of the actual $$ penalty, this is a question of principle. If a company is NOT able to deliver, they should not be calling to take payments and charge a penalty if said order is cancelled. Take payments when you're ready to deliver and this situation wouldn't take place. Disappointed ex-customer.

DO NOT use their online ordering option. I placed an order on the 20th of April. They called to confirm promptly the order and take the deposit. On may 14th I noticed that my order status was changed to "CANCELLED". They never called me to tell me. I would have given this place 5 stars if the following recent experience didn't occur, but it did so keep reading. The Place was very busy as I was buying my stuff, all of a sudden an old guy who works there verbally attacked a paying customer (a very senior citizen) saying he took too many plastic bags and was polluting the environment, then violently took the bags out the mans' cart. He was intentionally loud, offensive and everyone stared at the commotion. Plenty of Staff surrounding him were just watching, some smirking and did nothing while he was yelling at the senior. Vraiment très déçu comme service et qualité. Je n’arrive pas à croire qu’ils vendent de tels arbres (tout un côté du bas n’est pas présent). Je suis client chez Jasmin depuis plusieurs années. Tous les fleurs, plantes et arbustes sont achetés chez eux, mais là, c’est fini! Moi et tous les voisins on n’y retournent plus. Par la suite, j’ai acheté un autre arbre de Canadian Tire (beaucoup moins cher en passant) et il est merveilleux!
