Their huge selection of materials and colours for the seat pads fits anyone's needs. Work was executed on time and as scheduled in spite of terribly cold and wet conditions. Very poor responsiveness. We spoke of budget on the phone, I prepared a entire file, submit it by email and then suddenly their minimum budget threshold is 3x what we have discussed over the phone. Moreover, the were no response by email for weeks until I decided to call them. Je suis sans nouvelle depuis 1,5 mois du concepteur qui devait me revenir "dans 2 à 3 jours". J'ai donc payé $ 1,300.00 pour des plans inutilisables et je ne recommanderai surtout pas de faire affaire avec eux. J'ai depuis sollicité une autre entreprise et leur professionnalisme est sans comparaison.
