Although our tundra buggy tour was in July, we managed to spot a polar bear. Kevin, our driver and guide, was an amazing story teller and kept us all entertained. A great experience!

(Translated) On the morning of the event, the company could not find passengers. Contact someone by phone This is probably the fault of their staff. So delaying the time of picking up passengers After entering the big car in the reserve Driving guide explains very detailed Dim sum and lunch may be more perfect when it is strengthened (Original)

Was a great experience touring the CWMA with these guys. The flight center (to fly out of winnipeg to churchill) is located at a 15 - 20 min drive from YWG. You are taken care of as soon as you arrive there. The FN representatives will give you your tour package and have a chat with you about how the trips have been in the past couple days and how many bears they saw. Then you board the plane to fly out to Churchill and get on the Buggy. We were on the Buggy for about 4 hours and saw about 13 bears. Most were kinda sluggish as they are nearing hibernation. Overall, great trip. Go with these guys . They are really helpful and truly want their guests to make the most of this amazing experience. There is a very high chance that you will see bears. Bear walking-up to the buggy and putting his/her paws on it, that is kinda rare though.

Bookmarking for the Dan's Diner experience, which you can also purchase as a singular experience for $349+ tax. Official description: "Your individual ticket includes round-trip transportation from Fifty Eight North - Home of the Tundra Buggy in Churchill to Dan’s Diner for the full culinary adventure experience." There is also a Dan's Diner Getaway Package in partnership with Calm Air, which is a roundtrip flight between Winnipeg and Churchill, "the Dan's Diner culinary adventure" and a one night stay in Churchill for $1349. This is a steal when you consider the general rates of each part of the package.

Phenomenal activity to do up in Churchill, the drivers are very knowledgeable and good at their jobs.

We just recently returned from visiting Frontiers North Adventures and had absolute blast of a time while watching these majestic Polar Bears out in their natural habitat while riding in the Tundra Buggys. This is one of those bucket lists trips that I would encourage anyone to take and experience. The tour guides are very informative (ask for Emma & Buggy Bob if you can) but all are amzing.. We were lucky enough to stay right out on the tundra right alongside of the Polar Bears environment (no need to be scared, you are in a elevated style lodge that the bears cannot ever access) in such awesome accommodations, however the hotel in Churchill that others commuted to each day is very comfortable as well. The food was amazing as well, which was a surprise to me as being isolated up in Northern Manitoba, obtaining fresh food can be a difficult task, but Frontiers has the methods and logistics of getting it in there fresh often.. you will not be disappointed.

Amazing day buggy tour! Although we were on the tour on the end of August we were lucky to see a polar bear with 2 cubs! And our guide Kevin shared with us so many great infirmation and experiences. Perfect!

Although our trip started badly (1.5hr delay for the plane to takeoff, while we sat in the cold with the plane door wide open, and no blankets or refreshments offered), after we arrived in Churchill everything was fantastic. The drivers of the busses and buggies were great (shoutout to Joe and Neil, the two funniest and nicest guides ever), as were all of the members of the frontier north team (and the residents of Churchill). We saw polar bears on both days out on the tundra, and on the second day had a visiting zookeeper working with Polar Bears International come along the answer any trickier questions that we had (thanks Cindy, your enthusiasm was contagious). I couldn't recommend this tour enough. Absolutely amazing.

I just did the Polar bear tour with my Aunt and couldn't wait to get home to write a review. I had the most amazing time. One less day in Churchill would have been ok, or 1/2 day less even. We rode in BUGGY9 with driver Jim. If you are super lucky you will get him as your driver. An amazing story teller and super funny guy. We also had an incredible tour guide from Winnipeg, right through the whole trip, his name was Cole. Cole was the most accommodating guide I have ever experienced. These two gentlemen made the trip for me! We saw lots of bears and even had one outside the lodge while we were there. We also took a chopper ride in town (outside of our tour). Cole helped set that all up for us short notice. I highly recommend this trip although pricey it is a once in a life time experience. The bears and food at the lodge and in town was all top notch. Thanks so much to all the staff with Frontiers North.
