It truly pains me that I now have to update my original review of In the Garden from last year. When my family first started with In The Garden we were very happy with the service provided however this past year the service has suffered considerably with invoices being late, edging digging into the lawn, fruit trees not being sprayed ,or the spray not being effective , (have had diseased apples for 2 years) and was just dropped without notice as the owner "didn't like my attitude from her perception". I should note that during this past year I have been quiet about the decline as I knew there were issues that the owner was dealing with and I wanted to be understanding but this has now become so unprofessional that I now have been placed in a situation of trying to find another service provider at short notice. Her attitude is that it is everyone else's fault. Very sad.

Be careful with the owner of this business. She is known as Jo Lester. She can talk (and I do mean talk) a good game about what she can do for your landscaping needs. Should you use her services you will not be pleased with her plant selection, grouping and lifespan of the product she selected for your site.
