We had Blossom Hill Landscaping replace our driveway in our gated community in Aug 2017 and Ed Stam installed a brick that was totally the wrong color and cheaper than the one that was originally installed. We ended up getting forced by the Board of Director's in our community to replace the driveway. He claimed it was correct and advised us to use a lawyer to fight them after 7 month of legal wrangling the driveway had to be replaced. He said months earlier if it did have to be replaced he would do it for $2500, at the end he wanted $5200 to do it. We ended up using another company who did it for $3700 and fixed the crooked job he did. The worst was we had to pay the legal fees the board ran up and that was nearly $8000 or they would not let us sell our house. Bottom line is he installed the wrong cheaper brick and made us go through all the legal fighting and left us on our own. DO NOT USE BLOSSOM HILL LANDSCAPING, HE CUTS CORNERS AND USES CHEAPER MATERIALS. I AM OUT NEARLY $12,000 BECAUSE OF ED STAM. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY, TOO MANY SURPRISES AND COST INCREASES.

I came across Blossom Hill at the Home & Garden Show in Vancouver in 2017 and I'm glad we did. Ed came up with a design for our front and back yard that was exactly what we wanted, but couldn't put in words. We ended up redesigning our front flower beds, grass and rock area. In the back yard we did a patio with pergorla, lighting, retaining walls and gardens. It was a pleasure to deal with them, and more importantly knowing that we were dealing with a company that has a great reputation and knows what they were doing gave us a peace of mind. The work was done on time and we have been very happy! Thank you Ed, thank you Blossom Hill.

We hired Blossom Hill to come up with a custom modern west coast design for our back yard. The process from start to finish was organized, well planned and fun to watch when I was not working. Everyday after they left our yard the guys cleaned everything up. The design turned out to be much better than anticipated and what I had envisioned. Beautiful design, awesome work. Ed, the owner of Busy Beaver has been extremely helpful to a pair of new homeowners with a yard drainage problem. He and his young helper Shay came and installed a dry well and drain tile for us. Ed came to our home a couple of times prior to the work. He was always on time and returned our calls promptly, investigated multiple solutions to our issues and always contacted us on the day he promised.
