I am really impressed with how hard the people work at Chatham Outdoor Pedal & Power. I have a lawn mower that is 40 years old and they were able to help me locate and rebuild an essential part of the mower deck. With the repair made, my mower will last for many more years. I can't thank them enough for investing the time to find the part and helping me understand how to complete the repair myself. They are true experts!

the employee Mark who works in there is absolutely rude he must think he's the only place that can get parts for a Briggs & Stratton motor I will not be returning and I will also let everybody else know that they shouldn't shop there. In this day and age with Amazon and Amazon Prime you small local shops should really be striving for that excellent customer satisfaction..if you're in need of any parts for a Briggs you should really check out Webster's in thamesville much better service

Customers and employees do not comply with face mask requirements posted at the door. I guess the sign should read at the door face mask use is optional not mandatory .

dropped off my Stihl BG50 Blower for spring tune up thinking I was helping out the local economy with something I really could have done myself. got it back a week later with a bill for $132.54 when i could have bought a new one from them for $199.95 Should have got a quote ☹️won't make that mistake again ???? Seemed like they were too busy or too arrogant to care Stihl is a great Brand... I'll buy my next one at Kent Farm, Benningers, or anywhere else.
