Had ordered a 14 x 40 deluxe playhouse shed. It was delivered today. It was a positive experience from the beginning to end. Doreen worked with me to come up with exactly what I wanted for my she shed. Very patient & suggestions very helpful. When delivered very professional. Treated my shed as if it was their own. Would highly recommend Old Hickory buildings.

From the initial visit with Doreen, the process was exceptional! Initially we went in to buy a shed. Doreen answered all questions, took time to do so, was friendly and applied no pressure to purchase. We walked away with the information, and compared price and quality with another shed builder. After reviewing, we returned to Doreen to change the design to a garage! Doreen pleasantly changed gears with us and designed the garage! Once again, offered no pressure to purchase. We decided to buy the garage and the process from beginning to end, including install of stone foundation to tie downs was superb! I had the pleasure of dealing with Doreen and mike with making a purchase on a fairly large shed. The selection and customization compared to the competition is absolutely incredible. Doreen sat me down and discussed what I was looking for and asked how I'd be using it, location it would be in aswell as general lifestyle questions and made some suggestions accordingly. Mike and Doreen seem more interested in customer satisfaction than trying to nickel and dime you to death unlike others I have talked to! The build quality is excellent, they have outstanding warranties and are the two most friendly people you could ask for! 100% recommended for anyone looking for a quality product and a company that stands behind what they sell! Excellent service. The shed is beautiful and will suite my needs exactly. Installation was fast. Best bang for the buck, way better than the plastic sheds that will take two days to set up and stress you out. These are already built (including steel roofing) and delivered to you. Everything included in one price.

After a few weeks of shopping around for a pre-built shed, I came across CK Sheds in Chatham. Following an on site tour of the various types of buildings and inspection of the workmanship and materials, I knew I was in the right place. Doreen was a pleasure to work with as I selected the size, style, colour and various options that would later become my awesome shed. The manufacturer called me just before the shed was built to review and confirm the order and the agreed upon delivery date was set (and met). Delivery was as scheduled and the on-site set up was perfect. The shed is exactly what I expected (high quality with great curb appeal), but the fantastic service provide by the folks involved made this experience a great one! My thanks to all.
