While shopping around for a hot tub, we went to Bluewater Pools and Spas in Chatham and were pleasantly surprised to find the most knowledgeable staff who weren't pressuring us to buy anything and only wanted us to make an informed purchase. We ended up buying a Hot Springs hot tub and we couldn't be happier. They told us everything we'd need to prepare for the installation and once we were ready, the boys from Bluewater Pools and Spas delivered and installed our 'little piece of paradise' in no time flat. All our questions about maintenance and care were answered expertly and we'd recommend Bluewater Pools and Spas to anyone in the Chatham area looking to get a hot tub. BTW, we ended up buying some great patio furniture from them as well from their attractive, well-stocked showroom.

The best thing about this place is how they are never opened Sundays, close at 5 through the week and close early Saturday. For people with a job, it's a challenge to shop there. Otherwise, great people and they build heat pools. Fix your hours.

We requested service on the hot tub that came with our new house which was leaking hoping the technician would do a thorough inspection and quote us on any repairs. When he arrived he did a very quick and superficial inspection, tightening two fittings and inform us that if there were any other issues we would have to call someone else. He was also condescending to my wife and argued when she told him were the access panel was (she was right), and seemed to only be there to collect on the service call. Also no information on service fees were provided even when asked so it was a surprise to find out three weeks later that we were charged for essentially no work done. They should have been forthcoming with the fees but more importantly upfront about the amount of work they were willing to do. Had I known they had no intention of doing any substantial work I would not have requested their services.

We brought a Hot Tub back in the Fall of last year. Dan gave us some great advice in Selecting the Hot Tub to suit our needs. Michelle gave us some of the finer details about the tubs and we just loved the extra time that she gave us. Then we were a little disappointed with the delay in installation, however, I understand that we all get busy so we just need to be a little patient. Lastly we were very impressed with the service from Mike. We had a little technical problem and he was out very quickly with solution. Thanks to the whole Blue Water team.

The pool opening this year was not up to par. The cover was removed and bagged but left on the lawn for me to drag back into the garage myself. The pool was not cleaned but the tools were taken out and left on the lawn. The pH and alkalinity were too low to measure - I don't think they added any chemicals. And they left my gate open. Luckily we noticed before letting our dogs out. I mentioned these things and showed pictures when I went in to pay but no one ever got back to me about it.

When we ordered our pool we were not expecting it until next year (because of COVID) and I was very happy when they phoned and said our pool was in and they installed it the next week. Now I have all fall to build my deck around it having it ready for next year. The guys that installed our pool (Shaun and Mitch) were fantastic. My wife and I watched them put our pool in and I can't remember seeing anyone so efficient and friendly as they were. A third guy showed up later in the install and helped them finish it. He was also very friendly and eager to help. These guys are true professionals. I bought this pool from them simply because of their reputation and my wife and me are here to say all the 5 star reviews were well deserved. I would strongly recommend Bluewater Pools for anyone buying a pool. Thanks guys for the great service!!!

Love Blue Water Pools Chatham! As a splash pad and public water fountain operator, I've made the rounds and Blue Water Pools stands heads and shoulders above everyone else! Bright, spacious and well laid out show room! Everyone on staff is always super friendly, not to mention crazy ass knowledgeable! When my wife and I decided to purchase a hot tub, we did do the proverbial shop around only to find that Blue Water Pools had we what wanted, at the right price and never tried to over sell us! And for service, no one around knows more about spas and pools than Mike Parent in service! It doesn't even make sense how much this guy knows and despite being wildly busy at times, he always takes care of you and is AMAZING at keeping up to date on the communication side of any service issue! From pools, to spas, to supplies and parts .... we're awfully lucky in Chatham-Kent to have Blue Water Pools around!

Went in to get an adapter to connect a vacuum hose to an inground pool. Had the wrong one in my hand, and an employee asked if I needed help. I told her what I needed and she says - "That's the wrong one, you need this one." Very knowledgable and friendly, and saved me another trip and a lot of time. They know pools!

Bluewater Pools in Chatham has very lousy customer service, first off when they take down your information to order a hot tub directly, they should actually do there job an take the information down an get a order in properly ( Right then an there) an not say that they did an then come to find out 2 months later when the hot tub was supposed to be delivered by that it was not even ordered, I would not reccomend them for any services after this misfortune event!
