It was lovely to emerge out of our dreary & cold ???? April COVID groundhog holes ???? and enter into the bright and beautiful Spring wonderland that was Anna’s Garden Home & Wellness today! Staff were friendly, so much wonderful variety of plants and good sales on the clearance rack! ????☀️???????? ???????? ???? ????????????????????????????????☀️???? (I only give 4 out of 5 ⭐️ because there needed to be better social distancing at the cash checkout area)

No , not for us . And we bought a loaf of bread there , the cashier told us it was 8$ . That was the most expensive loaf of bread I ever bought and it wasn't worth the price. Still you have alot of choice and it is very busy . We prefer another place ( I don't mention it to respect their business).

I just received my newest plant baby today and I am in love. The plant arrived packaged in a cardboard box and protected from the elements. I am impressed with the quality of the product and service received from Anna's. When I emailed them to check on the status of my order they responded within minutes and my package was delivered as promised. Will definitely be recommending this store to other plant lovers. Amazing customer service both in-store and online. Have purchased beautiful houseplants here multiple times- 'regular' ones and 'rare' ones and have not been disappointed once. If shipping, plants have always arrived in immaculate condition. Very healthy and well packaged. If you're considering buying from here, go ahead and do it! You won't be disappointed. Nice selections of plants and festive decors provided. It’s a surprise to found some farm produces and handmade items as well. The coasters are beautiful. When you are done shopping, you can’t miss the adorable coffee car from Acorn and oak Coffee on Saturday.

We went for a drive in the county. One of the areas we like to visit is Anna's. That have tons of items and they change with the seasons. In the spring it is a great spot to pickup bedding plant and perennials. In the fall they have all of the items you need to decorate you home - pumpkins, corn and plenty more. They also have a selection of local produce and many more items in the greenhouse/store.

Really great selection of plants. Amazing customer service and fast shipping to Ottawa Ontario. The plants were so well wrapped and packaged for shipping, I was really impressed. Everything arrived and was in good shape. I will definitely order from here again.

I heard a lot of good reviews about this place so I decided to buy online and did curb side pick up. I got a $40 10" Monstera Deliciosa and the quality of the plant was very poor. The leaves are dusty, and some had ends that were dark and crispy (root rot?). Certainly not what I would expect from a reputable nursery. I'm keeping the houseplant so it can get better care, but will be looking elsewhere in the future. Other than that they have a good selection of planters!

I was looking for an accent piece or two at Anna's Garden outside of Kingsville ON. There were so many great pots and sculptures I couldn't decide right away! I took many pictures to look at when back at the house. What a great place for plants, accents, pots, clothing and gifts! And, a kitchen place with every gadget under the sun! Plan to spend some time here!

The worst online shopping experience my friend and I have ever had. In one order we had: shipping delays, wrong plants, damaged plants & missing plants. Annas partially refunded some things but ignored our reply asking why we paid almost $60 for the fastest shipping when the boxes didn't arrive until 5 days after the label was created. Not to mention that we paid to ship a box we never got. They didn't reply to that email, so I left a Facebook review. They said someone would be in touch, that was over a week ago & they haven't been. After a comment on an Instagram post they said someone would reach out... Once again they haven't. Their social media has more than a couple of comments about online orders going poorly. In my experience once their customer service feels like an problem is resolved they just ghost you while someone else promises they will be in touch. It's embarassing.

I’m here to update my review. I placed my order online. 3 plants were not received in the package. They sent me the 3 plants after. The plants are healthy. Black velvet looks a little bit frustrated after long trip. But stem is really strong. I believe it will recover soon. Hopefully, they will reply email faster in the future.

What a great find for me. If you are looking for plants and similar products you have to stop at Anna's. They also offer limited fresh greenhouse products like peppers and tomatoes and reasonably priced.

The main plant we placed the order for didn't come, ordered 2 pep frost and got 2 watermelon pep (which we both already own), and 2 x philos and neon pothos definitely suffered cold damage. Have emailed twice only to get automated responses. I'll be sure to update my review if/when I hear from them but at this point I've got a table full of sad/unwanted plants..
