The outstanding quality of the work, the incredible responsiveness to changes and attention to detail were surpassed only by their genuine concern for the final outcome. Joey's pricing was a little over my budget however when i saw the quality of materials & his past jobs & came highly recommended ; i decided to give him a shot. This is an unreliable company with lousy customer service. I have agreed with them to redo the front steps at my home since the begining of summer but every time they give me tentative dates that keep being pushed. On two occasions I had to take time off work and they did not show up or call. My calls to the main contact Joey go unanswered. I wasted the whole summer waiting for them to do the job and now I have to find someone else to do it.

We had LGD do our front walk way and re-do our lawn. When other landscapers wouldn't even come to provide us with an in-person quote, our LGD representative came to the house, took the time to explain what could be done and provided a quote shortly afterwards. We used Paysagiste LGD to install our new yard on our corner lot. What was there originally, was a mixture of weeds and poor quality earth that was back filled with rocks and sand. The original lawn was sloping toward the house and that was corrected as well. I’m sure the neighbors appreciate the dramatic yard makeover as much as we do. Paysagiste LGD is a family operation and they are terrific people with great ideas and are a joy to work with. I would highly recommend them for design, install, and maintenance to those who are particular and want outstanding service.

Had Joey, his grandfather (real family business) and his crew repave our driveway and install patio pavers on one side of our back deck. His bid was lower than others that I received. Because we signed our agreement late in the season, we were expecting a late start. In the end, they were able to start early. In my opinion they did an excellent ground preparation. They dug down 14-18 inches and spent a day and a half laying a couple of inches of 0-3/4 crushed gravel and compacting. Then repeating over and over (that driveway won’t be heaving at all this winter). At the same time they resloped our driveway to keep the water away from the house and always flowing out to the street. Really made a difference. A couple of the patio blocks cracked after installation. A crewmember was back within a week to replace them. Joey and his grandfather were pleasant to work with and took the time to explain our options. Was really pleased with the result. Will certainly go back to them when we are ready to extend the patio blocks further. No qualms in recommending them to others.

Joey and his team did a FANTASTIC job extending our driveway! 10 years ago, Joey’s grandfather built the 3 car driveway, front steps and walkway and now they came back this summer to extend the driveway to accommodate 4 cars. We also needed a ramp from the driveway to the side walkway in order to bring the lawnmower to the front of the house and it’s hard to imagine not having it there before. They even replaced a few tiles on the porch from 10 years ago without me even asking them to. All the guys were friendly, funny and hard working. They all showed up on time and on the last day, they stayed until the job was done. We’d highly recommend Paysagiste LGD and would have them come again for other projects.

These hard working young men got to work a little earlier which thrilled us. They worked right through the hottest day of the year, only stopping for lunch. They are a well coordinated team with a strong work ethic and have wonderful manners, Joey answered all our questions and concerns during the process. Eric is a master stone cutter. Their dustless saw runs on its own generator and is very quiet, quite amazing. None of them asked to use our bathroom during these Covid times which we were worried about. They are very professional and friendly. Everything was cleaned up as they worked. We love our perfect new patio. Thank You !

We had them redo our driveway at the end of the 2017 summer. We have issues with the work but Joey promises to make it right. UPDATE 2018-10-24: After giving his word, Joey never called back and never came to make it right. So we have a driveway that slopes to the middle and we get ice inside our tempo. For that reason I cannot recommend LGD at all. Bad driveway pavers and bad customer relations. I have to put 1 star otherwise google will not let me post this review but they deserve -1 star for making promises they don't keep. Totally regret our choice and will regret it for a long time as who has the money to pave again after paying for a lousy one on the first one? 2019-03-26: With all the water this winter, rain and melting, and the driveway being sloped towards the middle, well we had an ice rink inside the tempo. I'm handicapped, was real fun to get to my car. And still no news from LGD or Joey. Oh and we already started having some indents from the car tires. Not even 2 years old! What a mistake going with LGD. And no, we do not park always in the same spots except in the winter... no choice!
