Après plusieurs appels, ils sont venu réparer la situation. 4 ans plus tard, j'ai au moins 10 marches qui décollent, mais puisque la garantie initiale est terminée, aucune aide de leur part. La beauté du travail est là, mais côté durabilité on repassera.
