Tout dépasse nos attentes et à aucun moment nous avons senti que nos demandes étaient un problèmes. Finalement, leur équipe semble avoir un reel plaisir à faire le projet et surtout à travailler ensemble et avec le client. Currently I have taken the SVC of opening the field as well as that of the lawn mowing every two weeks. Last week, a group of Eco-Verdure came by to open the field, I was not there but my wife was. Phew, they barely touched the front court. I write to them to indicate my question, no response in writing from their par, except this morning they fired two other people to redo the work. It's better to do a LITTLE. My driveway is still full of thorns and casseroles, several piles of leaves / debris not to be collected, the back ground has been affected but there is still work to be done to make it acceptable. For now, I am putting 2 stars because there is still work to be done to finalize the job. And at $ 200, I expect my field to be immaculate. I will have to write to them again ... Actuellement j'ai pris le SVC d'ouverture du terrain ainsi que celui de la tonte de pelouse au deux semaines. La semaine passée un groupe d'Éco-Verdure est passé pour faire l'ouverture du terrain, moi je n'y étais pas mais mon épouse oui. Oufff, ils ont a peine effleuré le terrain de devant. Je leur écris pour leur indiquer mon interrogation, aucune réponse par écrit de leur par, sauf que ce matin ils ont renvoyé deux autres personnes pour refaire le travail. C'est mieux faire, un PEU. Mon entrée est encore ben pleine d'épines et de cocottes, plusieurs tas de feuilles/débris non ramasser, le terrain arrière a été touché mais il reste encore du travail à faire pour le rendre acceptable. Pour l'instant, je met 2 étoiles car il reste encore du travail à faire pour finaliser la job. Et à 200$, je m'attends à ce que mon terrain soit impeccable. Je vais devoir leur écrire de nouveau... En espérant que le SVC de tonte soit meilleur...
