(Translated) In the fall of 2020, I contacted the Doctor of Gardens to obtain a quote for the size of my cedar hedge. After a meeting, we agreed on the amount of the estimate. In the spring, he set me a date for June 2021. He didn't show up for his appointment to do the work. He did not give a sign of life, did not respond to my messages in writing or by phone despite my attempts to contact him. A guy quite simply unreliable… to be avoided, very bad service, unprofessional !!! (Original) À l’automne 2020, j’ai communiqué avec le Docteur des Jardins afin d’obtenir un devis pour la taille de ma haie de cèdres. Après une rencontre, on s’est entendu sur le montant du devis. Au printemps, celui-ci m’a fixé une date pour juin 2021. Il ne s’est pas présenté à son rendez-vous pour effectuer le travail. Il n’a pas donné signe de vie, n’a pas répondu à mes messages par écrit ou encore par téléphone malgré mes tentatives de communiquer avec lui. Un gars pas fiable tout simplement … à éviter, très mauvais service, pas professionnel !!!
