Wow...!! What a gem. I got a chance to visit on a trip to Courtenay area. Pristine. A focus on trees and shrubs especially some unique varieties....Japanese maples and other gorgeous plants. Prices are competitive. Everything looks lush and healthy.

Completely helpful and service-oriented. Had an excellent selection of healthy, large trees at good prices. Answered all of my questions with good knowledge, gave helpful advice, and were genuinely interested in my trees doing well. Packed them in my truck really well. A little understaffed when I was there, but I own a business and understand that's why their prices are reasonable. I will come back here next time I'm landscaping!

I called around to many different nurseries looking for a specific tree, sadly to no avail (not even here). However, the manager Michelle went out of her way to contact people she thought may have my specific tree for sale and called me on her own time when she found one. The staff went above and beyond to help me out and their site is quite vast with many different species, GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Outback nursery was recommended to us by a friend and neighbour. We are very happy with everything they have done for us. Great selection of plants, pots, and deco items. But besides all that, they are bar none the nicest bunch of people! They are so professional, and willing to help you with your individual needs or problems. They are working on an idea for a water feature I decided I would like. Cant say enough about them! I am a novice at all this gardening stuff!!

Received the worst service I've ever had from a lady named Jan, just for some context my wife and I have spent about $3,500 there just this year. Never once have we received such terrible service as we have this time, she proceeded to talk over us constantly also be very condescending and then offer no help for us to load the 60 lb trees in our truck. Very disappointed even after asking for the manager we just felt very brushed off, we won't be coming back ever again.

Since Annette is now gone, it is now terrible service. New people are very, stubborn, stuckup, and snobbish. Never called back. Would not recommend them whatsoever. There are plenty of other player to choose from...will never go back!!!
