Hi-Limit attended at my house today to fix the water recirculator (which broke before I purchased the house, so we've been waiting 5-10 minutes for the water to heat up whenever we want a shower) and some other miscellaneous stuff. They got me booked in quickly, arrived on time, they were very professional, they respected COVID protocols, they fixed everything quickly, and the price for the work provided was very reasonable. I can't say enough good things. Also, as a woman who works in a male-dominated industry, I especially loved that one of the plumbers who worked on my house was also a woman. Will definitely call Hi-Limit again for all my future plumbing needs. Our entire household is so excited to finally have instantaneous hot water. Thank you!!!!

This father and daughter duo saved me today from a flood in my yard . I went to use the garden hose today and the whole base where the hose connects to the ground came out, Water gushing everywhere, four kids running around, my husband doesn’t get back for another 4 days I called felt so embarrassed I didn’t even know where to shut off the main water. The call was very sudden and they came on short notice, solved the problem, professional and kind and didn't make me feel worse about what had happened. Initial dealings with your office were first rate. Jenn, you know how to make a prospective customer feel confident. Brian, the plumber, was friendly & professional. He did a thorough job finding the toilet leak & then discovering a bunch more, determining that the toilet needed to be replaced. I really appreciated your policy of working directly with my landlord to decide the model, payment, etc. Brian installed the new toilet quickly & left the bathroom clean & tidy. Called Wes last weekend to come check an issue with my shower fluctuating temperatures, thinking it was with my hot water tank. Turned out it was not the tank but the shower itself. Unfortunately, he discovered my inside water shutoff started to leak when he went to turn it off, so we had to abandon the project for the weekend until I was able to find my exterior shutoff. The following week I found my exterior shutoff and that weekend he returned and was able to quickly and professionally install a new interior shutoff valve for me and then repair the guts of my shower to a near new condition. Everything works great, and we are super happy. Second time I have called on Wes for a repair and am always satisfied with his exceptional responsiveness and work ethic. I called Hi-limit after seeing their social media feeds, because I was in the need for a perimeter drain inspection after experiencing ground water issues after heavy rain fall in my basement. They were equipped with the hardware and tools to camera my homes perimeters drains and down spouts. Their equipment allowed me to see what the problem was through camera footage, and their jetter cleared out the obstruction. A very timely, professional, and economical service. A hands on owner working on his own tools with customer service as a top priority.
