Friendly, helpful, and the product is good quality. Even though I'm a small retail customer they spent the time to make sure I was looked after.

Product is great. Unfortunately they charged me a 40$ NSF fee as they only accept cash or cheque. There was a problem with the original cheque. I can't support a company that gouges customers like this when the minimal NSF fee they could have charged is 20$.
