Great little gem of a store. The staff are wonderful and generous and helpful. They donated a wagon to my 9 year old nephew who has cancer and was too week to walk to trick or treat at Halloween. They are the undeniably that neighborhood store where people remember your name and are a integral part of fabric of the community. The staff are very informative and eager to help you get the right items to complete your project well. There are some excellent gifts and home decor here as well. Make the stop and see what you have been missing ! :)

My first choice for a handy little neighbourhood hardware store. Sadly, due to size it often has limited stock on the shelf and unfortunately is not linked into the central HH data system. You cannot find out on-line if they have the widget that you need without calling them or visiting.

A very good hardware store and people usually get the tools and construction equipment that they need my family usually gets the mops and garden tools can be crammed sometimes cashiers are not nice to most people lots of older people work here and don't do things properly for costumers but it has improved they keep it clean most times can be a bit bigger costumers usually get upset because they complain about lack of product etc and social distancing can b difficult people really don't like the lineups outside

This is my favorite local hardware shop. I think it is family own and run. At least it feels that way. The staff are willing to take a second and explain some techniques for the job you are going to take on. They have up'd my handy man game (which has never been very good till recently). At first they might seem suspicious of you as a customer and or possible thief. Some of the reviews say as much. They are in a 'up and coming' part of town. Which means that they have run victim of theft many times in the past. Give er a go and shop in your local neighborhood. Once they begin to recognize you as a regular you will be trusted and treated well.

I used to have a bad review of this place but my last two visits have been much more pleasant. I was treated like a customer. I had no condescending conversations. Seems like they read reviews and work towards change and that is nice. So i came back here to delete the negative review since they changed they don't deserve the negativity.

I frequently visit this store on account of how helpful their staff is, especially Doug who goes out of his way to ask about the home projects you have going on to make sure you have the right materials for the job. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and go the extra mile to ensure you are well equipped, even offering tips from personal experience. If they don't have something in stock be sure to mention it to them and they will get it in on their next shipment. Great customer service!

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It's very small in comparison to other home hardware stores, but as long as you're not looking for lumber you can find pretty much anything you need here. There's never a long wait and as soon as you walk in the door there's typically someone asking if the can help you find anything. Great customer service!

Life as we know it Life

Give credit where credit is due. I went to a competitor who was not able to cut a key, and I went to Home Hardware and the girl was very courteous and did a fantastic job, cutting the key. It worked perfectly, Thank you. I called the store and let her know the great job she did. The stock is still very limited with this store.

Small but mighty! What is not in the store they make ever effort to get it on for you. We wanted a vacuum that was in the flyer, while not in stock, they called 2 days later to say it was there. More recently, my husband wanted a very specific colour of spray paint. It took a while for them to track it down , but they found it!! The staff are helpful and courteous .

Good place to run to for little things. Recent reno opened up the paint department. However they don't have all the plumbing and electrical fixtures and fittings you need sometimes.

This home hardware doesn’t care about the customers anymore they should close their doors they should only do kerbside pick up and not have the doors open anymore when you go in you asked about a product they tell you one thing when you go back to purchase it they tell you something different it’s never the same thing it’s happened more than once and I’ve let it slide the service has gone to the dogs since Cove it I find customer service seems to have gone out the door in this home hardware used to have it no longer I really think you should think twice before going to this location sincerely

I have WITHOUT FAIL found every thing I have ever needed hardware wise in this store. Gasket, weird washer, electrical. It is the perfect ' just grab it there' little general hardware store on this side of town. Save yourself time - ASK the staff for help. They are knowledgeable, and will save you time in the small aisles. No lumber or anything, but when your sink leaks, any you need xyz... go here.
