Poorly planned inventory for Mother's Day resulted in a frantic phone call the day of the delivery to tell me they would improvise a different bouquet since they didn't have many of the required flowers that I ordered. The resulting bouquet wasn't as nice as what I ordered and paid for. I would have expected a partial refund given the bouquet was not as nice or as full. I won't order from here again.

Beautiful flowers and great customer service. They provide very quick turn around and delivery. I would say 5-stars regarding the product. The reason I am only giving 4-stars is because they don't take American Express (AMEX). This is a business that heavily relies on phone orders, which needs to be paid via credit card. It is extremely disappointing that you pick and choose what credit cards that you accept. If in the future you decide to accept AMEX, I would be happy to change my review to 5-stars.

I was surprised to receive such incredibly poor customer service at Urban Jungle, especially since I have purchased many plants and palms there before. I purchased a plant and as I was driving home, the top snapped off. When I called to inform them that I would need an exchange, I was given a very hard time. I drove back and the owners continued to say it was my fault and that the plant was fine before it left. I would have expected more, considering I just drove away with the plant not 20 mins earlier. I would recommend shopping at a store where the owners stand behind their product, put the customer first and have a more flexible exchange policy. As I was leaving, the manager also came up to my car window and when I said I didn't want to talk, she told me to listen and began to yell at me. If you want to feel security in your purchases, DO NOT shop here. There are many other fantastic alternatives in Cambridge such as Blooms of Paradise, Kelly Greens, and My Flower Shop. I appreciate you responding, however I agreed that the plant was damaged during transport (there was no doubt about that). I would still expect, given I had just left the store, that I would be given an exchange without the hassle. The owner didn't even say he was sorry that happened until I was leaving the store. No one expects to purchase a plant and have it break in 20 mins, plain and simple. You should stand behind the quality of your plants. I would also recommend packaging your plants in a more durable way. I was given the plant in a paper bag and no wrapping was even offered.

However, there was no red ribbon or red berries like the picture and description described. Update to my review. The florist called to rectify my disappointment and to explain what transpired. I can’t say enough how amazing it was to work with these wonderful people! They went above and beyond to create beautiful pieces for my friends shotgun wedding! With less than a weeks notice due to a recent breast cancer diagnosis and a surgery date fast approaching my beautiful friend and her fiancé decided to tie the knot while she still felt like her and before the long journey to recovery started. They volunteered to supply the flowers at no cost. I can’t rave enough about how beautiful the pieces were!
