I have built SEVERAL projects through this particular Turkstra Lumber location, including a 2 storey bunk house a few years ago, the prices are always on par if not better then the big name stores and its "always" quality lumber & materials no matter what the project was. On top of this you always feel valued as a customer at this store. I can not honestly think of any bad points to this store. I strongly recommend if your building a project, come here first before you buy else where!

Should be zero stars.... higher prices than the big box stores and very very poor customer service! Didn't like the wood they picked out because it was warped and cracked.. asked if they could open a new bundle instead of picking the best of the worst that had already been picked over and was told fine pick it yourself then with a ton of attitude! Will never go back! Just go to Home Depot or Lowes or anywhere else!

Staff was remarkably useful (especially Ernie & Sabine from the Built-It-Better Program). Helped me build a relatively complicated deck/fence/gate combo and were just an email away during the entire project. Lumber was in beautiful shape, and any pieces that weren't up to snuff were returned without any hassle. Well worth the pricing.
