Walked in, no greeting no offer to help- just some slack jaw at the computer that didn't bother to look up. The other man in the office offered no greeting or anything, just carried on his merry way. Customer service zero and stones there for 7.50 are selling at home depot for 4 dollars. So there's close to 10k of my money they won't be seeing.

Absolutely the rudest customer service over the phone. I had a very large order to place (several thousands of dollars) and the man was abrasive and rude while cutting me off. When I informed him that I would take my business elsewhere, his response was "that's fine" and he promptly hung up. The whole conversation on the phone was under 1 minute. Never ever will I shop there. Customers are your business, treat them with respect and patience!

Our initial experience and transaction with the stone place last year was great. Great service, great advice, very helpful. I would have given them 5 stars then. The second encounter a year later was quite a bit different - very rude and unpleasant, to the point that I would not return for my future projects. I guess the service greatly depends on who you are dealing with here, hit or miss.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with StonePlace since summer started; purchased items for my patio and backyard. At the Cambridge location, I met 2 amazing people, Kevin the Manager, and James who delivered my items. What a wonderful experience I had; exemplary customer service, Kevin's patience in helping me choose the tiles and everyone's prompt and courteous service at all times. Special kudos to James for handling and accommodating all my delivery needs. Did I forget the Kitchener location? Thanks Audrey, you are absolutely awesome. Again, thanks so much everyone for a wonderful experience, especially during this Covid-19 time when materials are hard to come by.

Good selection of product, and initial scouting visit proved friendly (in the yard, but not so helpful in the office). This morning I was excited to go back and purchase supplies for a not insignificant landscaping project. But I was so disappointed. This stone yard's service came up VERY short — I ended up walking away, utterly frustrated. I'll rather spend my money with a supplier who wants my business, treats me as a valued customer and helps me build a happy memory of a landscaping project that will be with me for years to come.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Have met the rudest guy ever! Asked for HBP and stone but he said they wouldn’t load my truck without explaining and providing a specific reason. He turned away and went back into the office. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you don’t load trucks, it could have been said in a well mannered way at least explaining the reason behind not wanting to load my truck!

The rudest customer service you can ever imagine. The person at the counter (a mature man) treated me like a kid when I picked up one of the pieces placed randomly outside of the office saying they were samples only (no visible sign saying so). Won't comeback again....huge difference compared to the friendly customer service (e.g. Ginette) you receive at Grand River Natural Stone just a few kms away
