I brought my golden Rosie here for a bath. Everything is set up really nice. The stone bath, detachable showerhead, shampoo and blow dryer. The only thing I would recommend if you go is to remember to bring your own brush!

Took out large dog breed there for a bath in the self serve area. Facilities were great, friendly staff and I didn't have to bring anything. Towels and shampoo were included in the cost. I will definitely visit again!!

We took our two dogs here for the wash stations. Cannot say enough good things about the staff and facilities. Very helpful and organized and the wash stations were very clean and stocked with shampoo and towels. We will be going back.????

They have a DIY dog wash! Great value. For $10, you can save your back from breaking and give your canine friend a much-needed freshening-up. Highly recommended. They provide the shampoo, conditioner, dryer, and towels.

The staff at Pet Valu on Hespler are always friendly and helpful. They have maintained a reasonable stock throughout the pandemic and have kept protocols to keep their customers safe. Will continue to be a customer of this store.

Have taken my dog to bath today , nothing was setup, no shampoo, no brush and need to ask them for it, after 5 minutes lady come and said Rudely you have to do fast as appointment is here, I asked her, why you haven’t told me before , oh I forgot she said . Very bad experience, I am using pet value dog bath from also 4 years, near seen this type of rude behaviour

Went in to try out the self serve doggie wash and it was much better than I expected. I was able to choose the shampoo and condition I wanted to use on Cleo (my shitzu). The towels are so absorbent, which helped a lot since Cleo did not the blow dryer. At the end, a beautiful clean and fantastic smelling dog. We will be doing that again.

I have been to a lot of the Pet Valu stores in Cambridge-K-W, and this store is one of the best. It is always clean, easy to find what you need, and most importantly, the staff is the most friendly and helpful! Even though this Pet Valu is further from my home than some other locations, this is the one where I go because of the staff.

Nice looking store with a lot of selection… but I found it much more expensive than other pet stores I shop at. I'm not sure if prices are standardized across all Pet Valus. It's been awhile since I shopped at one, but I have always thought they had good prices. But not at this store.

Great size store with lots parking. I have bought 5 beta fish, 2 tanks and food here. Great service. All fish alive and well. They have waterfall tanks that are great for kids to enjoy.

Used the self-serve dog bathing area for the first time this evening; this is available by appointment at this time due to COVID19 status. For a medium-sized dog this is ideal. My dog easily walked up the tiled steps from the floor, over a ledge and down tiled steps into the 'shower' area. Top of enclosure is about height of a person's hips so it was quite comfortable to lean over to shampoo & rinse the dog. It is a CLEAN FACILITY. Shampoo and drying towels plus little liver treat are provided. The water temperature is easily adjustable and the streams of water from large round spray head are not hard jets of water. Once my dog was wet and getting her massage with shampoo she was HAPPY! There is a blow dryer but the noise of it scared my dog so I just shut it off and used their towels to pat her dry. All-in-all a success and we will use this facility again. Staff looks after all the clean-up for you! $10.00; how can you beat that??

This shop deserves a higher rating as dogs are welcome and the bath center is amazing. It falls short as not all of the staff are friendly, in fact I've encountered two that were down right nasty. All the rest are great!

Bought a dog costume, and went to return it as it was too large for our doxie, the day after purchase. We were denied our refund (that has a 30 day policy) because pet value put the item on clearance that morning. We were told to come back when a manager is in. Terrible customer service, and poor management. I will not buy from pet value going forward.
