Good clothing selection in this store but I've been annoyed a few times having to argue for the sale price. It seems like sale items don't scan right here half the time. TSC has some clothing which is very tough and warm and I like the store for that reason - I am tired of clothing that can't stand up to a day of work or a winter hat that is paper thin. The sale prices on clothing are often very good too, but I just wish this location would get it together when it come to getting their system right with sale prices. I shouldn't have to wait for manager approval for the sale every time I want to buy the exact product show in the flyer.

Great selection but lots of items you can get cheaper elsewhere. They have been reorganizing this store for what seems like a year so the staff are stressed and busy trying to get things back in order - tough to get any attention in there right now, seems they are all more concerned with stocking shelves than helping customers. Not the staff's fault - management needs to get this store back in order.

I inquired about a utility trailer with the so called acting Manager. The trailer was there for months with no price and with a broken light and rusted to the point that it needed to be repainted. He called back and proceeded to tell me that the original price was 1500 which was actually 1000. He admitted to me that was correct. I was willing to take it for 600 to get it off of their hands. He offered it to me the last sale price after trying to rip me off. Dknt trust any of them.

THE WORST STORE MANAGER have shopped here for years, I will never go back Bill the store "Manager" is very arrogant and condescending. Employees are shabby dressed and have zero motivation to help. But its not their fault its the leader or motivator. They had a great store But now go take a look a bit closer at Bills ship. The products are a mess and thrown all over the place. Floor is filthy/wet/covered in grass seed and salt Sizes all mixed up Line ups for miles due to staffing issues Washrooms are disgusting Clothing left in shopping carts for weeks These is mouse poop in the livestock feed area Safety hazards in almost every isle Prices are labeled wrong and on wrong products I see people shoplifting and just walking out with bags or carts Its a free-for all under this Manager Go in and take a look. Bill need to be replaced I hear the way he talks to employees and myself as a long term customer is unacceptable. I hope the store owners read this and go in for a spot check. Just so they see how poorly managed this location is. Bill when a customer complains they tripped in an isle over loose product jammed in the corners of the floor. At least take the time to listen or you may have a lawsuit on your hands. Never go to this location. The store beside Conestoga College you could eat off the floor. And you cant turn a corner without people trying to help you. Think twice about shopping here mice in horse feed is really bad when I called public health the said its not the first complaint they have received at this location about rodents....

They make it hard to do a return compared to stores like Canadian tire. I tried to return it just 2 hours after we bought it, since it didn't suit our need. Poor customer service. Won't buy again

I really like it, be it friendly staff, quality and variety of goods or even reasonable good deals which I accidentally came across and ended up buying a bunch of items, But one thing I need to mention is, the staff may need a bit detailed information about the items they have in stock (I mean the technical aspects of the products) so a person like me could avoid bringing wrong stuff home :( Also my fault, though... ????

Very disappointing service and experience ! I drove 40 minutes to go to this location because they had an item that was on sale, when I got there it was not the same item they were advertising! After telling the lady that that’s not the item that they were advertising she said “well that picture is a couple years old ?? And what did I expect about the quality from that price point What? three minutes into being there I was harassed by the same lady telling me I only had 15 minutes in the store to look around and leave.. Worst experience I’ve ever had at these stores, False advertising and poor service
