Grant and his team did a fantastic job putting in our 85' long 4' high Armour Stone retaining wall! Work also included the demo and disposal of the old rail-tie wall, regrading of the property, and fence post replacement. The project was done timely, efficiently, cleanly, for a fair price, and all while a newborn slept inside the house. I wouldn't hesitate to use OHS again and I highly recommend them.

My yard was very scary after being neglected for the last 2 years really. Had Grant come in and give me a quote for work. He got back to me fast and we set up an appointment. When he came for his appointment, we walked the whole yard and I told him what I was looking for. He arrived with a team and took the challenge on and won! Came home from work excited to see the results and the neighbour was commenting on how good it looked and how nice the guys were. I will be having them back to do some other yard work for me for sure!!

I decided to put a pool in my backyard but the ground was very uneven. I contacted OHS to get a quote digging out and leveling the yard and filling the area with sand. I decided to go with them and they did a fantastic job! Plus they went above and beyond buy taking the excess soil removed and put it in low areas of the yard saving us additional costs and work. Grant and guys were awesome, friendly and respectful. Thanks you guys for doing such an awesome job!!!

They did an satisfactory job. Attention to detail lacking. They put in 2 gates for me an the wood curved alot, making the gate difficult to open and actually curving my neighbors Gate. I pointed it out to the owner and was told... That's what happens with wood, not much we can do. After about a month my neighbor told me the gate actually curved hers as well. Finally they came back and fixed it, but the supports they put ontop are not level. Overall, ok, poor attention to detail. Sorry guys, but it's just how I feel.

Very nice during home visit to do our backyard consultation and measurements. Told us that he will get back to us with the designs in few weeks. We contacted him and followed up since several weeks had passed and we didn’t received any designs. He reassured us that he will get back to us apologizing for the delay. We understood. He never came back with the designs or communicated with us. It has been way over 6 months and we have not heard back from him. If he doesn’t want to do the job be respectful and communicate it with us directly instead of leading us. I fell that maybe it’s a personal reason against us due our race. Somehow I have that feeling. However there are many more landscapers that have better reviews and most of all better principles. My regret is I tried really hard to get him due to his reviews but at the end I’m highly disappointed of the way we got treated.

Early last Spring I saw an ad for OHS Landscape and called about our badly needed lawn & garden rescue; wanted to address it and get things going as soon as the weather warmed up. Grant was quick to reply and come by to look at the job and provide a quote. Our job entailed removal of a dead lawn, some excavation and laying sod, as well as Spring clean-up of perennial gardens, grasses and laying mulch. We were happy with the quote and the explanation of what was required. A few weeks later Grant and the team arrived and in a couple of days, we were looking at our backyard oasis as never seen before; thrilled with the results. We enjoyed our beautiful back yard and gardens all summer. At the end of the summer, we noted some new trees rooting in places they shouldn’t and the Wisteria had so enjoyed the wet summer - it was out of control. I called Grant and asked if he’d come and take a look and advise what to be done about the wisteria and unwanted saplings. Again, a thorough quote with explanation of what was needed. The Autumn clean up left the yard and gardens lovely, cozy and ready for the winter. I’m happy to be on OHS’ calendar for my Spring garden awakening and next Autumn garden close. If you have a yard and/or gardens that need some TLC and attention, call Grant and his professional, hard-working, trustworthy and reliable team.

I had contacted OHS to come and give me a quote on sod installation. Grant got back to me right away and was able to drop by and give me a quote very quickly. His price was far better than any other company we had contacted. He always answered my emails quickly and was great at answering all of my questions. Grant and his team showed up on the day they said they would, on time and finished the job in the time he said they would. They were all very polite and cleaned up everything before they left. An amazing company and crew! I meant to write this 3 weeks ago but we’ve been busy enjoying our beautiful new backyard. We called Grant after trying for a year to have our backyard transformed. What an amazing company and crew! We had some water drainage issues that caused flooding on our old patio and into our house. They were extremely knowledgeable about how to tackle the problem with drywells, French drains and retaining walls. They had great designs and provided detail quotes. During construction, the team did an excellent job, they were absolutely wonderful! All the employees were so polite and kind.
