One of the better chinese takeout places in the region. I used to live close by. It's a good one in town. I always got mushroom fried rice, general tsao chicken and chicken wings.

This was my first visit. I love Chinese but in veggie style only. So I tried veggie combo which included fried rice, Lo mein, veggies and spring roll. Everything was made fresh and good quantity. Pricing was also good compare to other Chinese options I believe. I would definitely recommend new China kitchen.

We like this place for Chinese when we are craving it. It's nice and close by and we usually pick up two combo plates because they are awesome for price, amount, and it gives us some variety - without spending $60 every single time. I always order the white rice on the side. I usually add the smallest amount of butter and it is sooooo good.

Amazing chinese food! And lots of condements right beside the door free to grab which is a plus. Customer service is great and food gets done fast. I sometimes come from Guelph just order from here. Their portions in the combination and individual plates are huge. The food tastes fresh and is very flavourful. They also are consistent and every meal I've had is always good. I'll definitely continue to order from here!

It was Great, they adjusted 2 dishes to Our liking, which is a Huge compliment. Most places will not accommodate your taste. Best Chinese food we've Ordered. Very hot and Fresh. Lemon Chicken with Sweet and sour sauce is Awesome, yes Not the lemon sauce, they changed it for us.

This was a regular spot for me but I've stopped going here. Food is great and was super convenient but they recently changed their combination plates and no longer include rice in them....?? No idea why. Its awful now. Sadly, won't return and will go elsewhere.

This is one of the better Chinese Food places in Cambridge I just wish they would stay open later. Even pre-covid all the Chinese places in town close way too early. Their Singapore Noodles (mei fun?) are the best in the area as are many of their other dishes. I'm not a fan of their hot and sour soup. I think it may be a regional thing as I've had trouble finding one that I enjoy in the area. This is the only place as well that gets it right when you ask for things 'extra spicy'. Service is always friendly with a smile. I have actually eaten at that one table in the restaurant in the past, clean and tidy.

Okay so too be flat out honest I've ordered from here 2 times . When it comes to Chinese food I don't usually live on the Wild Side I usually get the same dish which would be something like noodle rice chicken either chicken bowl or like a lemon chicken. First time we went I really like that everything was spot-on so we went back few days later to be totally disappointed they messed up our order they went back they fixed it no questions asked but it still didn't make me any happier. Chicken was cooked butt breading around it was super soggy and slimy I don't know what was up that day maybe it was a different cook but it turned me right off unfortunately as it's really close to my house. I'm sure that I'll have a third visit there but probably not anytime soon.

I have a mixed review for this place. Their rice and noodle dishes are absolutely fantastic, in terms of value and quality and I definitely recommend. Their chicken/shrimp spring rolls are also really really good. We have ordered their hot dishes and have not had good experiences with them. Tried 3 times with different dishes (Beef/Broccoli, Shrimp something and Kung Pao) and the sauce/gravy is very gloopy. Its not runny or thick - its gloopy like there is too much cornstarch. Some of the dry dishes would be ok but the sauced ones I would definitely stay away from.

I would probably not order from here again. Noodles tasted so bland. The fried rice tasted like shrimp. Not sure if they cook from fresh or just heat up pre-bought frozen food. To change from Egg Rolls to Spring Rolls the charge an extra 50 cents per roll even though to buy them separately it is a 20 cent difference.

Food is bland and over priced for what you get. Ive only ordered from here twice and never again. First time order was not 100% what we ordered. Instead of sweet and sour pork we recieved 2 orders of chicken balls and what was to be chicken chow mein was some chicken and bean sprouts with a little bit of carrots. Second time ordering the sweet and sour pork is deep fried like chicken balls just little pirces of meat in batter. We ordered beef chop suey and it was a bit of beef, bean sprouts, a bit of carrot with no flavour. The chicken fried rice resembles uncle bens fried rice from a packet. Surely disappointed.

I ordered a combination plate, extra egg roll (because I heard those were delicious) and Beef Ho Feng and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. The combination plate of Chicken fried rice, chicken wings (4) and General Tso’s chicken was okay. The sauce used on the General Tso’s chicken was oddly tangy and sweet and not spicy at all. The rice was also this odd yellow/orange colour that I haven’t seen before in other fried rice dishes I’ve had. The wings were fine, just wish there were more than 4 pieces. I’ve definitely had better, but again it was alright. The real disappointment however was the Beef Ho Feng. Completely dissatisfied with this dish. I have ordered it many times before from other restaurants and it’s supposed to come with extra wide flat rice noodles. But what I got instead was similar in appearance to linguine instead of pappardelle. The beef was tender, and the sauce used was alright I guess but definitely lacking in depth of flavour, but the noodles completely ruined the dish for me. I even double checked my receipt to make sure they gave me the right dish and it definitely said Beef Ho Feng. When I reheated leftovers in a wok the next day, the noodles just disintegrated into tiny little pieces and mush. Visually it was really unappetizing. This never happened with other Beef Ho Feng or Beef Pad See Ew I’ve reheated. Sure the wider noodles would break up a little but never this bad and never turn into mush. It just wasn’t good. The only saving grace here were the egg rolls. It was very tasty, probably one of the better ones I’ve eaten from anywhere. I’d say it’s on par with George’s, or what I remember George’s egg rolls to be like, as I haven’t eaten there in a long time. But I remember the egg rolls being amazing and these were just as good or even better. I ordered two and one was quite oily, but still tasty. I would definitely get the egg rolls again and order extras of those.

Best Chinese food! This is now our regular place to get it. The chicken balls don't have an excessive or insufficient amount of batter. The batter for their egg rolls is perfection: thin and crispy. ???? My mouth is watering thinking about them! We love their fluffy, chicken fried rice. General Tso's Chicken is quite good too. The only thing I would improve is their lemon sauce for their lemon chicken; it tastes odd.

Mm the food could be better. This restaurant had really good reviews so I tried this with my husband... we got wonton soup, general Tao, chicken balls and crab and cheese wonton. Comfort food. The general Tao was not good... it was not enjoyable at all. It felt like a chore to have to eat, there was a bad taste to it and we didn't end up finishing it. The chicken ball was really good though because the batter had flavour. The cheese and crab wonton was alright it had some additional flavour to it and was not like the traditional cheese and crab wonton.

I order here before and usually have a good experience but this time it was terrible. I hate that I wasted $13. They got my order wrong but then fixed it. When I brought it home my food was cold my chicken wings were bloody and my seasmed chicken tasted horrible I had to throw it all out. So disappointing and a waste of money.

First time ordering from here last night. Within an hour of eating, the food was coming out of me faster than it went in. I wasn't impressed with the taste and neither were my kids. Sweet and sour sauce on everything; in the noodles, mixed in the sesame chicken, everything. Everything tasted the same thanks to the sauce, which I don't like to begin with. No dish had their own individual flavour. Even the dog wouldn't eat it, and he's 120lb. eating machine that devours anything put in front of him. Worst part is I read other reviews and traveled out of town thinking I was getting good Chinese food. Eat at your own risk.
