Love, love, love this place. All my garden flowers are from here. They stand by all of their plants. Purchased 2 rose of Sharon plants last tear, but they didn't survive the winter. Dug them up and returned them for 2 new plants. No hesitation. I love collecting the savings bucks and saving them for sale items. Totally recommend

This place has anything and everything you could ever need for your garden. They even home decor BUT get your wallet out, it is extremely pricey. Some stuff even noticeably overpriced. Nevertheless, they have a good selection of nice gift ideas and the occasional original item you may not be able to pass up for your home.

Fantastic service, and beautiful plants! Just bought 13 cedars for a privacy hedge. Absolutely worth a little extra for better quality plants to begin with and great advice on how to diy, and especially with the 3 year guarantee. Plus with the end of summer sale I got better trees for what I would have paid at CT or Costco.

We over the years use to come here as our go to place. They no longer have the quality or quantity of flowers as they use to. We were forced to wear a mask even though some of their staff were not. We definitely will not be spending our money there again. Very unpleasant experience.

Definitely go here but they have better selection in the spring naturally. Huge store lots of trees and shrubs to choose from and nice indoor space for gifts and home decor for the avid plant lovers. We returned the other day hoping to find the elusive curved, decorative, concrete edging and quess what?..........they had some for $4.99 each. That purchase was a week ago so they might be gone. If you have time to look you will have no problem finding what you want plus some things you're not expecting.

I really enjoy browsing the home decor here (especially at Christmas time). They have a very large selection of both interior and exterior stuff. I'm only giving 3 stars because their hanging baskets are terrible. I've purchased them 2 years in a row, only to get sparse, leggy plants. The other local nurseries have much nicer baskets. I won't be purchasing them here anymore.

Great place to get your landscape and gardening supplies. There is a good selection of everything from soil and plants to patio furniture. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. Gets busy on the weekends but there is always someone to help.

I purchased two Carol Mackie Daphne shrubs and within a week of purchase found out all parts of the shrub are poisonous. Nothing on the label issues a warning and when I called to express my concern, I was told they were completely unaware of the fact and not to believe everything I read on the internet. This is extremely irresponsible on their part! They offered me 50 percent off of two different shrubs, if I came back to purchase more. I will not be back

Our builder used them for the house landscape project. They planted a Japanese maple tree and died the first year. They honored the warranty and planted a second tree, which died again. Very disappointed, as this time for the second tree there was no warranty at all (offered 15% off sale price if we buy with them). They are also very pricey, as a Redbud Tree 500 + 150 for planting… Do not recommend them as they do not offer warranty for the second tree and are very pricey.

I have always enjoyed coming to Meadow Acres until today. I spoke with one rep who was very pleasant however unable to help me and directed me to another associate. Within the first three seconds of this encounter with the second associate, she was rude to me and continued to back away from me (even though I was masked and standing more than 6 feet away from her) telling me she could not look at my photos of the space due to COVID 19. I was holding my own phone the entire time I asked for clarification in that she couldn’t look at my photos from 6 ft away with me holding my phone the entire time and she said rudely that she would not. I left feeling as though I was the one who did something wrong (even though I know that I wasn’t). I will continue to take my business elsewhere.

Always come here for the spring and summer garden supplies. Fair prices and very helpful staff. I also really appreciate the ability to drop of a trailer or 3 or 4 of landfill that they sort and reuse. Yeah they make some money of of it but it's better than dumping it at the local land waste site and they charge you for taking it.

One very tall female employee was extremely rude and ranting to other employees (could be heard across the store) for 15 minutes. When I asked to see manager Charles he took my number to call me. He did call, to tell me his employee was upset and he was sorry. Terrible experience with nothing done about it. All other employees we felt with were kind and helpful but one bad apple completely ruined our experience

alas the stress of covid appears to be too much for some employees. to snap at an elderly man when seeking cherry tomatoes "to just get tomatillos, its the same thing", and snap at someone to get a mask on, while they them selves had theirs around their neck. to top it off being completely wiped of product. thank you for opening and trying, but update the website to notify people youre out of stock. road closures were not their fault but the icing on the cake having this exsperience after spending 40 min getting there for typically a 15 min drive. and i live in williamsburg. what a waste of time, sad that staff were stressed. keep it in check guys we are all dealing with it

Nice selection of plants here. I really like their layout and all the garden extras. The staff are knowledgeable, but not all are pleasant. Don't take it personally. The landscaping design service leaves a little to be desired. The designer presents a single design without regard for the wants of the homeowner. When I asked for the design to be changed..the request was denied. I chose another company.

Very poor customer service from the owner. Do not let the pretty atmosphere fool you. The owner clearly has anger issues when he approached us angrily and loudly in front of staff and customers, refusing to stand by his 3 year warranty with our dead plants that were less than one year old with tags and receipt. We love to garden but will never shop there again.
