I'm a local Home Inspector. I initially chose Linton because they sold North Star Windows. Over thousands of inspections I've learned that North Star perform better than most windows with less lost seals and longer functionality. What I was pleasantly surprised by was that Linton was a fantastic company to work with. The salesman didn't try to oversell me; he actually talked me out of spending more money as he explained the benefits would be marginal. The installation crew was professional and the finished product was perfectly installed. There was even a small detail of using different colors of caulking to match the adjacent material. I will definitely be referring Linton to my future clients.

I definitely liked their no-pressure attitude (compared to some other companies I got quotes from) and they were professional and knowledgeable. We were very happy with their price and come installation day everything went smoothly. I would just double check the work after, as I noticed a couple of areas inside around the trim that either were not caulked properly or the caulking dried and pulled away from the wall. It will be an easy fix so overall I'm still really happy with their services!

Great company, great people, great product! We were looking to replace about half of the worst condition windows in our home. We had quotes from four very well reviewed and well known window companies (including Linton). Jeff came and gave us our quote and was willing to work with us to save our existing oak trim for future re-installation. It was straightforward, well explained and no pressure. Other companies did the "sign now and we'll give you xx% off". Our installation actually occurred ahead of schedule. On the day of installation; Shain and his team (Matt, Tyler, Hayden and Jordan) showed up on time and ready to go. What an amazing and professional group! The installation came out amazing! The first thing we noticed after the new windows were installed was how sound dead the windows were. We had several days of high heat and we noticed right away how much less our central air conditioning was running. The North Star windows that Linton uses are really great. In the end we were so impressed with the entire experience, we've decided to bite the bullet and replace all the remaining windows in our home with Linton. It's refreshing as a consumer when you are able to find a great company to deal with, such as these guys! Update: We had the rest of our windows installed in November by Linton. Shain and his team did another phenomenal job! I can honestly say, wow! What a difference. No more drafts. The noise level from outside drastically reduced. The house feels way warmer (no more cold spots), especially the basement. Great windows. Great company to deal with.

We just had 22 windows replaced in our 28 year old home. We had severe condensation issues from the day we moved in. Back then our builder told us the issue would fix itself. It never did. After many years of wet windows, mould, us painting and wood filling, broken handles, locks and screens, adding vapour barriers and having our windows always closed, we decided to take the plunge and get new windows. It was a big investment and we were afraid we'd be in the same boat. We contacted six companies, some with theories and promises and we decided on Linton for these reasons: 1) family owned for over 45 years 2) their own installation crew 3) triple pane windows 4) no pressure sales and 5) reviews and we are so glad we did. From the sales (Jeff) to final measurements (Brandon) to final installation (Jonny, Shayne, Shain, Tyler, Jordan, James, Tysen, Hayden, Matt and Brandon) we could not be happier! We have no condensation issues with any of our windows!! Our windows are beautiful and add so much to our home. The crew took two days to complete the job. They arrived promptly and ready to work. All crew members were kind and courteous, worked hard, and did quality workmanship. We couldn't be more pleased. We would definitely use Linton again and recommend them to anyone.

I first chose Linton Windows and Doors because of their many 5 star reviews and they did not disappoint. Receiving a quote was easy and their pricing is fair in comparison with other local door suppliers. We were looking to replace our exterior door and we were able to find the modern style we were looking for. There was some delays in production due to COVID so make sure to order in advance, ours took 3-4 months. They did provide this timeline prior to ordering so we knew what to expect. There was a minor hiccup with the door and Linton was very quick to help and made sure we were happy with the finished product. Thank you to Linton and their team for excellent customer service and a beautiful door!

I have ordered twice from Linton, for a Door and several windows. I wanted well-insulated windows with good condensation resistance so I got the Northstar triple glazed. My main concern was with installation since I had seen some pictures of horrible jobs done by other companies on various forums. These guys did a good job, however. I'm very happy with it. They were also cheaper than the other local seller of Northstar windows. A family member had them put in a large window after I recommended them and there was a problem after the install, but they came back and fixed that quickly.

Awesome Customer Service - First Class! I called at 10:00am and a salesman was at my door @ 2:00pm and then provided me with a very competitive quote by 4:00pm the same day! Their installer was courteous, kind and willing to answer any and all questions that I had. He worked hard and finished our egress window in just over a day. Linton Window & Door provided a prompt and competitive quotation and answered all of our questions. They were able to install our windows quicker than expected due to a cancellation and the installation crew was excellent. After the windows were installed we discovered that our blinds did not fit. I called Brandon and he sent a carpenter over to trim the blinds without hesitation. Overall our experience was excellent. I can't recommend them enough.

My mother who is in her 70's used the company to replace her solarium windows. Ever since she has had leaking issues with the company coming on several occasion to "fix" it. The leaks continue with no end in sight before winter. Terrible workmanship and/or product!!! Be careful using this company!! Response from the company has been great. So hopefully after a 5th visit the issue has been resolved. Response from company 5 star... resolved issue..tbd, but I'll give them a 3 star for effort to date. Overall 4, but stay tuned. Issue seems to be resolved, to the relief of my mother. Thanks to the staff for working to resolve the issue!

We had four windows replaced with the north star windows. They are far better then the windows that I had previously replace with another company. The installers went straight to work and removed all the old windows and had all the new ones in within a few hours. Every thing was cleaned up inside and out. Will definitely will have them come back to replace a few more windows in the future.

I recently hired Linton to do 4 of my windows and my front door. I can't say enough about the customer service I received. I met 2 other window companies in the region before Meeting with Linton and i can say there was no comparison!! First I met with Brandon, he was very polite and didn't attempt any high pressure sales tactics nor was he condescending like the other 2 companies. He was happy to answer all my questions and explained exactly what they were going to do during the installation. On the day of installation the 2 guys showed up (I believe they were Jamie and Johnathan). They were very polite and did everything exactly as Brandon had explained. They were very cautious to not damage anything and meticulous about the workmanship. They cleaned up after they were finished and even went as far as to wash the window!!. It was such a relief to hire a company that did exactly what they said they were going to do. We are thrilled with the quality of the windows and door and the service we received from Linton.
