I'm a little torn on this. I first reached out to Kerr & Kerr mid-June looking for a consultation on our full backyard landscape deck and patio job. We got an appointment scheduled for August. After the months of waiting they showed up and we had a great conversation about the plans for the backyard - my wife and I were excited. After being told I'd get a proposal within a week, I waited and then reached out. I was told just a few more things were needed to be finalized before I'd get a proposal but to expect it in a few days. I've since sent multiple follow up emails to which I'm not getting a response. I have now moved on and am seeking estimates and proposals from other providers. Major bummer because I thought the interaction we had was very positive - but I can't spend weeks chasing a company to give my business to. I hope everything and everyone is okay over there - I just can't imagine the reasoning for ghosting an excited potential customer. EDIT: After further conversations with the company, there was some confusion and miscommunication that has led to the position I am in. Kerr and Kerr are working to correct the situation, and I'll be updating that review based on the outcome of our renewed interactions.

Dave and the team at Kerr & Kerr are truly experts in the field of landscaping. I have worked with them for many years, and gone to several photoshoots of the properties they have worked on, and their projects never seize to amaze me. They always talk about how they love providing their clients with an extension of their homes during the summer months; they really do care about building their clients their dream yard, and the work they do shows it. I hope to do a landscape project over the next few years, and I won't hesitate to call Kerr & Kerr landscaping when I do :)

We went to check the top soil and met with Jemmy, possibly. He was polite and very professional. Then we called the office and it was Shannon whom I talked and placed the order. She possess attitude which none of us should have especially in a customer driven industry. She just need a bit of training, I believe. Delivery was great, came in 2 different trucks for 2 different products. Amazing, they were awesome. Recommendation, absolutely yes.

We found Kerr and Kerr on the internet and decided to give them a call for a quote to make a sidewalk and put white rocks around our pool and fence line. Not a big job. We waited patiently for almost 2 months for a call back with a quote.My husband then gave them a call and asked if they had the quote yet. They said not yet, but assured him they would be in touch with him soon. They didn't bother. We called them, invited them into our home to have a look so they could get an idea of how much it would cost to do the job...and they couldn't be bothered to call us back. Very unprofessional. If they didn't want the job or didnt have the time, I can understand that, but at least have the courtesy and professionalism to call us back and tell us. What a shame. Nothing irks me more than being disregarded.

We had an appointment tonight for a consultation. The person who showed up asked what kind of material we would like to replace our retaining wall. My husband said the least expensive and the guy turned and walked away as if he was going to leave. He eventually came back but made it very clear he was not interested in helping us. We didn't even get to tell him everything we wanted to do. We have no idea why he treated us like that. It made us feel like we did something wrong. All of the steps they talk about on their website for getting a quote did not happen. We were so excited to have this company come out to discuss our options but we were left confused and disappointed. Obviously we do not recommend this company! If our request for an inexpensive option was not something the guy was interested in why didn't he take the opportunity to explain what he recommended and try to sell us on why that would be better? This whole experience was so insulting.

Was in contact with them April 6 and schedule a time to meet April 29th. Didnt show up for the original time we picked... which happens... but it was change more than once on the day they were suppose to meet up. We were left trying to scramble and manage all the other things we had going on in our day and also changed how we were going to manage our 7 months old and 3 year old. When they were finally here we talked about what we wanted and said they would get back to us in a couple weeks with some options, It now August 2nd and we have NEVER heard back from them. Thanks for ghosting and wasting our time Kerr and Kerr. Now we get to try researching another company and going to the bottom of their wait list causing us to wait A YEAR +, before we can get our landscaping services we were going to get done with you. Very unprofessional of you.

Karl & Nancy Nabert We are very pleased with the retaining wall built by the boys of Kerr & Kerr. They did a wonderful job in a confined space and we didn't hear any cusing the whole time they were here. The boys were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, polite and respectfull of both of us and did not hesitate to answer any questions we asked. . The quote process with Dave was also very professional. We knew going into the job exactly what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost. Great job all around. Thanks.

Terrible experience. First they say they will be late, then they don't show up. Finally when they show up the next day they tell you the quote is going to take a week. Guess what, never heard back from them.

They were also very accommodating and strived to find workable solutions to any “hiccups” that were accumulated along the way.
