These guys do amazing work. I worked there throughout university and it was an amazing experience. I have never worked so hard in my life. I would lose all the beer weight I gained during the school year. It was amazing to see all the happy customers and it seemed like everyone knew Brian Ingold personally and thought the world of him. Such a great boss and person. A great family company. There expertise are second to none. The city of Cambridge would contract us to do all the trees that were too difficult for their forestry staff. It's amazing how we would take out a giant tree over a pool or fragile items and we would leave a backyard completely spotless. The clean up job we would do after was way overboard but makes such a difference to the homeowners. There really is no competition in Cambridge. The climbers at Ingold tree service can do the job way faster and they can beat any quote. Be cautious if someone tries to beat their quote. It might be just some uninsured guy who is gonna cut corners. I haven't worked at Ingold for 8 years but will always cherish those days. Could not recommend them more.

Hear chainsaws in my yard, go out to find Ingold tree service cutting down trees on my property. The arborist promptly turn everything off to speak with me. He was under the impression we had okay’d the work. Husband called to speak to the manager. Left a message. Susan called back and was hostile from the start. Lying to us saying she spoke with us about it. Was absolutely not true! She then went on to say she couldn’t deal with the call as her father passed away a week ago. When sympathies were extended she was still nasty and hung up on us! Extremely unprofessional. One positive note, her staff out on the job are wonderful and professional. Took time to speak to us about the work that they were told to do and promptly ceased all work!

Brian and the crew at Ingold Tree Service are amazing! In 2014 our home was destroyed by a giant oak tree that came down during the ice storm. It crashed through the roof and literally split the house in half. Brian was on the scene quickly and came up with a plan to remove the tree. In what seemed to be a scene from mission impossible the crew was able to cut and crane the giant up and out. The crew is very professional and friendly. I have had them back to take care of several other trees. I highly recommend them.

We had a stump removed in our backyard which was technically done but there are still lots of roots sticking out of the grass. My experience was not good with this company as Susans customer service is extremely poor. I would not recommend using this company as it was a hassle to communicate with them. We were left in the dark in terms of when they would be showing up / coming back to finish the job.

Work was good and quick came in 3 days from accepting quote. However received a drunken email from management "please send info, had a drink tonight dont;t undersa 'nd what is up". Highly unprofessional act. This is after the work is done and already have my info?

I highly recommend Ingold. Their customer service was fantastic and they accommodated my schedule and dogs. When I got home from work the two trees had been removed and my yard was cleaner than when I left it!

Was quoted for stumping some large shrubs, but turned out they were small enough that they didn't need the stumper and we're easily pulled out. Still was charged for the stumping service premium. The guys worked quick though.

I usually have somewhat negative experiences with contractors. Let me just say not this time with Ingold Tree Service. I normally do my own tree maintenance but I had three large trees that were boxed in by structures. I contacted Ingolds and they replied quickly, checked out the property and supplied a very reasonable qoute quickly. I accepted the quote on a Saturday and they booked me in Monday morning. The crew was professional and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend.

Horrible company! Lady only uses cell phone! After 3 months of having limbs hanging dangerously above my 3 small kids heads this company still has not shown up to do the job claiming it is to wet I was told 2 more weeks on August 25! I did not even receive a phone call to explain and when I called I got very rude responses and told to find another company! My suggestion is to use someone else anyone else first because this company will not do the job and blame you for there poor organizational skills! This may have been the worst service I have ever had! Very,Very dissatisfied

The boys cleared all the overgrown trees and weeds and rubbish from the homeless that have been living by the river on the trans canada trail across from dickson ball diamond. What a great cleanup job they did. Very professional. These guys really know their business.

The tree that was planted was dead when this company planted it last summer and it is still dead. We have tried to connect with them for almost a year nd finally connected today. They told me that there is no warranty on their trees. I am in my 70’s and over the years have purchased trees and there has always been some guarantee. I would recommend not dealing with this company ever.

Very old maple tree had some concerns. Called and within a couple days had inspected the tree and confirmed what I thought, and that the tree was history and needed to come down. The crew was booked and within 2 weeks had taken it down and other than the stump, you never would have known a tree was there. The cleanup was impeccable and the job was completed safely with no collateral damage.

I placed a call for a quote to top a birch tree which was received promptly. Even though they said they were booking 2-3 weeks out, the work was carried out in a week. The yard was left very clean, and the tree looks amazing. Thanks Ingold!
