Hudson's Bay is the only way I keep my stock of Hue tights filled. They don't carry any of the perfumes I like, though.

Great sales and rewards when you give your phone number for hudson points. Staff always friendly. Ordering online and picking up curbside or in store is smooth and seamless. Best Bay in the tri-cities.

Staff are unhelpful and passively aggressive. Online listing of a product had false information. A glass lid with metal hardware in it that was listed as microwave safe... couldn't return it because they didn't want to bother looking up the barcode. Be very careful when ordering stuff online because half the time the item description will be wrong and you will have difficult time returning your purchases. Will avoid this place and the Bay in general.

I admit I only went in to look at some cologne (which happened to not be in stock) and the thing that sets this visit apart from any other visit was the fact that the sales associate didn't try to sell me something else , instead they helped me locate it somewhere else ... So although this store lost a sale (this time) they're still keeping a loyal customer ... I genuinely appreciated the help ... Cheers

Went to get the battery installed on my old Quartz watch. The person was great and got it done in virtually a couple of minutes and gave an 18 month warranty. Did get a major issue at all the jewelry shops as they all refused to do the change.

No inventory….. filthy carpets and broken floor tiles… tripped on a loose tile…. Staff closing store doors 30 mins before closing….the smell was awful… musty/moldy

Very good, store. But some stuff is not easily seen, like I didn't even know they sell Gucci till I seen an ad they had. But overall 4 stars because good store great location, good deals, great support but could get better deals sometimes.

I'm trying to return items, turns out I bought from a Third Party Seller. Naively, I didn't really know what that meant at the time. Get to the "place order" page , hit the right link and the screen changes and states "Something's gone wrong. Please try again later." So I did. Placed another order for the same item. Got the same message. Oh well. I thought I would try again the next day. Next thing I know 2 emails arrived telling me my orders for 2 pairs of shoes (exact duplicates) are now being processed. I, of course, want to cancel 1 order because it was a duplicate order And NOT my mistake. Through-out the process of trying to cancel I was given misinformation from Hudson's Bay. Phone conversations, texting and emails with their "customer support"people, were completely useless. The end result is I'm so fed up I want to return BOTH pairs of shoes but will have to return them at my own expense to the marketplace seller. Sheesh!

The greeter asking the covid questions was extremely rude and abrupt. If you are going to have someone doing that, they need to be friendly and welcoming. Not rude and obnoxious. Btw, you can go into other stores and not be stopped or held up asking questions. Is anyone really going to say "yes" to any of those questions?

My wife and I went into this store more for nostalgic reasons and curiosity. Since we're still in pandemic mode and just recently came out of lockdown, we thought we'd check this store out amongst the rest of our Cambridge, Ont. mall. We were pleased to see someone was watching the front entrance and questioning all who entered regarding COVID regulations. Still sad that The Bay is no longer Canadian owned. Had a pleasant tour and was pleased that they have washrooms accessable to the public. No longer a common thing due to pandemic. Wife was pleased their cosmetic department did not have overpowering fragrances coming from it (overpowering scents give her headaches). Small benefit of people wearing masks and not readily able to sample the products. We do hope this and other stores will survive these tough trials the pandemic has put the world through. Really lets us know where our priorities lie.

High quality brand name clothing selection all in one store. Many departments including men’s, women’s, children’s, shoes, accessories, fragrance, make up, watch repair/batteries, lingerie. Many brand names and high quality goods. Sales are usually impressive when on with 70% off not uncommon.

Canada's oldest department store. They have everything from watch batteries to furniture and everything in between. A little pricier than the big U.S. box stores, but they carry all the big brand names. Next time you're in a Mall with a Hudson's Bay store, stop in and have a look.
