Not as good as it used to be. They have taken a lot of merchandise out. Furniture section used to carry unique funcky items. Now it is mostly modern furniture and carpets. Wish they would get some south western carpets, furniture, and decor in again.

Recently my daughter hurt her hand (outside the store and not related to their operation at all) and I needed to ask the staff at this homesense for some ice. All of the staff went above and beyond to help. They were calm, sourced not only an ice pack but also an orange popsicle! Asst Mgr Kim in particular was wonderful. I know that reviews here should probably focus more on the business operations, but I had to comment on the team - They were fantastic.

This is one of their large stores so they have a ton of stuff for the home. Good prices. lots of parking. Not all of their stores have the same stuff in stock so we often stop when we see a store so my wife can check out the current offers.

Went in with a friend hoping to spent a pleasant half hour looking for decor. Sadly, as soon as the double door opened we were met by an on over powering floral scent that did not diminish as we walked through the aisles. We left 5 minutes later with no purchases, her with aggravated asthma and me with light headedness and an upset stomach. And the floral scent stayed stuck to our clothes! We will not be back. Very disappointed!

Interesting place to shop as you will find items that are not available anywhere else. They change their stock quite often and pricing is usually cheaper, but not always. Home, bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom decor are what they specialize in. The items that they carry are high quality.

Unbelievable it's October 5th and almost no Halloween stuff and Christmas stuff is already packed in all the shelves. Very disappointing and disrespectful no Christmas stuff should be out till after November 11th. I can't even imagine why they would do this

The store has a great layout and was well stocked. My experience was ruined by a floor staff who decided to lash out at me, out of the dozen people who were browsing in the same aisle. I looked around and everyone was staring at me because she had very loudly asked me if I was going to buy the items I had touched/moved. I felt very discriminated against, as I was the only visible minority in the vicinity. I called the store manager after the fact, who apologized, so I suppose I would give this store another chance.

Still my favorite store for one of a kind gifts. As a realtor we offer staging and HomeSense is the perfect place to get what we need. From art pieces, paintings, bedding, cushions, towels to dishes and greenery. Can't go wrong, even when working on a budget. Since the pandemic, only on the beginning the inventory was low. I've noticed that they have been adding more and more New stock. Love it! And for Christmas ????⛄. I can shop here every day! Lol. Always a great selection of unique pieces.
