I have recently moved back into the area and was looking for a certain product. I was pleased that they carried it. They say you can never get a second chance to make a first impression..... and my first experience was superb,,, from the cleanliness of the store, well stocked shelves, variety of product to low pricing. Customer service was top notch and the associate was friendly and well educated on the store’s merchandise. Well done!! This is now my “go to place” for all my natural products. You have one more repeat customer!!!

Tonight I came in for a specific item under the impression it was on hold. There was a slight miscommunication on both sides regarding this product so when I showed up I realized it was a different model. I ended up purchasing this product still but what made this experience so much better was the staff, especially the Sales Associate who was helping me . She went above and beyond to turn this experience around for me even though it was at the end of her shift. The employees in this location trully care about their customers and go the extra mile to make you feel warm and welcome every time. I feel comforted knowing such caring and compassionate people work here. After a stressful day it's nice to know people care.

I love Healthy Planet. Best prices for health food in town, very knowledgable, helpful and kind staff, great selection, well researced prices, no price gouging on healthy items, great sales and great reduced section. I went in many times for Almond milk deals and allowed me to buy cases, last time I went on for a great deal on Gardein vegan meats, had a great selection and allowed me to buy over 15 packs. My fav store. An actual real store with real people with big hearts.

First time in here with my 4 year old and husband , the guy that is a staff ....just walking around us like a vulture making us all uncomfortable . He literally was following us staring and never once spoke to us or asked us if we needed help . This encounter scared my child and like I said made us feel awkward and uncomfortable. Extremely happy with the customer service. I was uncomfortable on Tuesday, I had an awful bladder/tract infection and Ally suggested two different products for me that worked FANTASTIC!!!! I felt completely better by the next morning when I went to work. She was really knowledgeable and friendly. I will be returning to this location. Good prices too.

Was in the store today and was shocked to see customers and staff not wearing masks. Two staff members were not wearing any PPE no social distancing, no cleaning between customers at check out. Two staff member that were not wearing masks had stickers printed that stated they had a medical conditions.then wear a face shield to protect customers! That is the law. They should be ashamed to be using the medical system to excuse themselves from not wear PPE. I will be contacting public health and Cambridge bylaw. Also, no cleaning between customers. There is one sale associate who had full PPE on. She also has great customer service.If employees can’t not wear a mask to protect customers, then they should not be working in the front of the store with customers. The manager should be reading up on policy and procedures on public health website regarding mask and face shields.

The staff is always warching you and following you everywhere. Most of them are also extremly unfriendly and feel judgemental asking questions feels like a burden. There is one younger guy who helps and answers questions in a friendly manner. There’s always a large variety of selection and the store is always clean. That’s the only reason it deserves two stars.

I was absolutely disappointed with the customer service! I went in this morning to grab a quick snack and the cashier, Corissa G completely ruined my morning with her disgusting attitude. I only had a 100 dollar bill on me and she kept complaining about why I was only buying one thing from the store! Her words “really, you gonna buy only that?”. Then she went on about how she has so much experience in being a cashier that she’s never come by someone who only bought one thing with 100 dollar bill! It truly ruined my morning! I felt attacked and disrespected with the way she was looking at me and talking to me. Then as she scanned the item she kept making grunting noises like “uhggggg”! I probably have had more experience in the retail and fast food industry then her to know that as a cashier my responsibility would be to make the customers feel at ease and respected with any form of payment they choose to make! Her dumb argument was that she only had a 100 worth of small bills and that I was going to empty her out, like really!! I know for a fact you can simply get your manager to get you some more smaller bills! Like bohoo The store is profiting from this sale and your here complaining about how it’s a huge inconvenience to you to get more bills in the register. The store was empty of customers at the time and filled with several employees, so I’m so damn sure that corissa could have been assisted by any of them to refill the register with smaller bills! I have never in my life been treated so rudely by a cashier! But regardless of her being upset about this, her job isn’t to tell me how anger it makes her! Keep your mouth shut unless you have something kind to say! The Healthy planet in Cambridge really needs to get a grib on her because they have lost me as a future customer because of her!

I love this health food store. They have a wide array of grocery, beauty, cleaning and health products. I have never had a problem with their customer service experience. All the staff are always knowledgeable and eager to help and answer questions for patrons. As I am medically exempt from wearing a mask, I respect and can appreciate that some of the that staff members also have medical exemptions. I have never felt unwelcome or ashamed to state my exemption to the staff as I feel the store has a clear understanding of the bylaws and regulations around masks, unlike some stores wear I have been harassed by multiple staff members. This is a great store and I will continue to support and buy from them as it has always been a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work!

Online experience So in December I ordered a two month supply of stressentials for women at a cost of 85.87. The bottle was half full, I even confirmed by counting all the pills and unsealed. I contacted them and they sent me a new bottle. As soon as I took my first 2 pills from the new bottle I noticed it tasted like fish. That's because a number of pills were busted open. I contacted customer service via email again attaching pictures to the email. After about 2 weeks I finally got a reply stating that they were not able to open the attachments. So I sent them again. The individual replied said she received them, apologized profusely for the delay. Asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I said refund and now I haven't heard from them for over a week. I get that people get busy. So I left a review on their Facebook page. After that I was contacted via messenger by them and said they would have a solution and a refund in by the end of the day. And now it's been radio silence for 2 days. I will never shop with them online at least ever again and not even so sure I'll shop in store after this experience and the reviews I've read. No respect for their customers. 85.87$ is a lot of money to be spending in the first place. Anyway, hope this review helps someone.

So happy to see smiling faces instead of masks! Masks can be harmful to those with disabilities and young children, and people who are trashing this place because they see people without masks need to be aware of this...please educate yourselves on the bylaw. If one is too afraid or too ignorant to understand that not everyone can wear a mask and be respectful of that, maybe you shouldn't be shopping in public. I have a disability that prevents me from wearing a mask and this business has been nothing but amazing, helpful, understanding, and polite with me. I appreciate all of you for being so accepting!! Beyond thrilled Healthy Planet has come to Cambridge! This store’s set up is immaculate and its actually so much fun shopping here. A nice bright, clean and well kept store. A good variety of supplements, beauty supplies and grocery items. Healthy Planet has the best prices in the area for the supplements that I take on a regular basis. The service is just okay, it would be nice if staff engaged more with customers on the floor. At the cash counter the staff is usually nice and polite.

I used a $5 coupon for my purchase because I spent over $50. (I actually spent $130.00) Unfortunately, I had to return a professional supplement because it was expired. The clerk took off the $5 coupon from my returned item. Thank goodness I caught this. Beware..check the expiry dates of supplements and check your receipts carefully whenever there is a coupon being used.

Review change. Sadly we no longer shop here because they pump essential oils in many diffusers through the store. It's awful. I don't know of any chain of grocery/health based stores that does this. It's a terrible experience for those who are scent sensitive or allergic. I wouldn't recommend shopping here. Tried to speak with customer service and was told they'd "change the scent". Even my family members who aren't sensitive can't go in because it's so terribly strong. Their reason is they want to sell diffusers. Well you're the only place I know that unloads that kind of scent into a store where people are buying food and actual health products. I won't be bringing business back to this chain.

Let me just start off by saying I use to live in Pickering and use to go to healthy planet AT LEAST every other week. The staff knew me and were all so nice, so I was excited to hear they were now opening one in Cambridge. The 1st time I went a guy and girl both helped me and they were extremely polite and helpful. However, I've now gone 2 times this week and both times been met by Brent K. Both times I have encountered him he has been rude, had quite an attitude with me and wouldn't even show me where the products were. I usually always assume someone might just be having a bad day because we are all humans and things happen, which is why I didn't write a review the first time. However, now coming a second time I got even worse service and even more attitude so I honestly couldn't take it anymore. This time, I asked him if he had a specific brand of collagen I was looking for because I was in a rush and he carried on to tell me "It's whatevers on the wall," so I asked him ok well where is the wall. He carried on to give me an annoyed look and begrudgingly showed me where it was by walking me to it, point at the wall and walking away without another word nor glance at me. I honestly don't need to be treated like I'm scum at a store when they are definitely many other options out there so I will not be returning. They are supposed to be opening up a new one in Kitchener however so I will try my luck there. I would rather waste gas then be treated like that even 1 more time.

We enjoy shopping for supplements, food, snacks and personal care items at Healthy Planet. We visit once or twice a month and especially enjoyed being able to go in and browse during both lockdowns. They have a good flyer. Many of our regular items often go on sale and we are also able to collect points on our purchases. We have found the staff to always be very helpful.

Theres always different people working here, so there’s a very high turnover rate which is indicative of issues with management. It seems like an unhealthy place to work. It was the end of the day and a lady asked me if I need help (15 mins before closing) I told her I’m finishing up and will leave soon. Approximately 2-3 minutes later some girl with black hair and fake eyelashes came up to me again to tell me “the store is closing”. I was just reading shampoo labels. There was plenty of time left before the store closed, I was just browsing and there were several other people in the store who were checking out and hadn’t finished. This left a sour taste in my mouth, and I’m pretty sure she did it on purpose. I ended up staying longer than I would have on purpose, because they urged me to leave twice within 5 minutes. Coming up to someone to say the store is closing soon right after you saw your colleague do the same is extremely rude and unwelcome, find a better way to do it or leave me alone.

The location had two staff members. One was very helpful the other was too busy to acknowledge my existence. While the other staff member was helping the only other customer in the store the staff lady at the cash wouldn't ask if she could help or that someone would be right with me. The only acknowledgement I got is when I put my purchase down and walked out. I would recommend going to another location.

NOT-so-Healthy-Planet! The 2 employees in the store today January 14, while Ontario is on lockdown for the Covid-19 pandemic, were NOT wearing masks. They were both wearing ONLY visors. Visors do NOT protect others from people that may be carrying the virus. I will never set foot in this store again.
