Terrible customer service. Had to search the whole store to find someone just to be told “nope” when I asked if they had a specific item. She was incredibly rude even though I apologized for bothering her before I asked for what I needed. God forbid she attend to customers. That must not be in the job description?

Eric at the Cambridge location was extremely helpful! We had ordered our Parasol from DOT warehouse and picked it up in Mississauga. After opening the box my wife and I were unsure of the colors. Eric opened a box from his store warehouse to confirm our order was correct. I would highly recommend doing business here and will definitely be going back!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Staff appear to be helpful but are actually anything but. Advised the staff we had travelled over an hour to please ensure the parts are all there. Three times I mentioned how this had happened in the past. Given lip service advising that oh they double checked. Did not get what I purchased. Was specifically told he checked to make sure we had both right and left side. DID NOT HAPPEN!!!!!!!! AVOID THIS STORE. Left msg fur manager to call...yup that DID NOT HAPPEN. Anyone else see a pattern here.

We had the pleasure of shopping at D.O.T. Furniture today. We were helped by Eric who was very pleasant, above and beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We bought a gazebo in which was arranged to be installed within days of our purchase. Wow! Top notch quality store, great service, Covid-19 precautions followed, We would recommend you to check them out.

Very rude staff. I delivered food to this business, and he grabbed the bag out of my hands and said "finally." Also, did not tip despite the fact that I delivered from out of town. I will NEVER shop here, and will be spreading the word to avoid this business.

DO NOT SHOP OR BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! PERIOD. I would give this a negative -1000000 stars if I could. horrible customer service, poor management and highly disorganized. The employees are rowdy and talk to each other as if they are in a zoo. As for the products they are overpriced and cheap. The employees here should be fired. Do yourself a favour and go ANYWHERE but here.

What a great selection, quality and prices at Dot Cambridge. I love what I purchased and will enjoy for years. I still have three pieces out front from the Burlington store purchased 17 years ago and looks like new. I especially like that it is a Canadian Company and a local store location!!! Eric, provided exceptional service and easily answered my many questions. No pressure and made the experience very enjoyable. Absolutely 5 star!

Outstanding customer service and great prices. New to Cambridge, I needed a sofa bed and D.O.T. had the perfect one at the perfect price. When it arrived, in my excitement, I ripped through the box and through one of the cushions. I was devastated and embarrassed. Terrible customer service and staff who make you feel like you are interrupting their day. I was recently looking to purchase a patio umbrella base. As no one came out onto the floor to ask if they could be of assistance, I went to the front desk, where I had to interrupt the sales person, who had her head buried in a paperback novel. She then proceeded to give me inaccurate information. I had a similar experience last year, and will never do business with this store again.
