Ben has completely transformed my front garden. What I really liked was the way that he did it - he made suggestions and didn’t mind at all if I disagreed. He was flexible and listened carefully. And he was courteous and thoughtful throughout the installation process - my neighbours love him! He realised the disruption that the works would cause and was positive and thoughtful, and always cheerful. I can’t recommend Cultivate Gardens enough.

From the first interaction my husband and I had with Ben, discussing the project, to the finished garden, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service! Throughout the project Ben and his team kept us informed about the progress, were very good at communicating when unforseen circumstances required slight changes to the original design and did their best to incorporate all of our wishes. We are more than pleased with the work they did transforming our garden from a sad looking, uncomfortable outdoor space to an inviting green oasis the whole family is happy to be in. It was an absolute pleasure working with Cultivate Gardens and I couldn't recommend them more. My project was to redo the front and back gardens of my house, both fully paved, to bring in some vegetation and attract insects and wildlife. Our initial meeting with Ben where we discussed the project was followed by a set of animated pictures with the new garden looks. Already the sketches looked great but seeing the actual work was beyond my expectations. Ben has completely transformed my garden. Throughout the duration of the project he's been accommodating my feedback and has been very supportive whenever I needed help or advice. Personally, I value very much how he runs his company, with respect to both customers and his employees, and being a living wage employee. At a time when we were all washed out with builders, decision making and finance (having spent a year on a house extension), it was a joy to have Ben and his team from Cultivate Gardens Ltd come and transform our sadly decimated garden into a place of joy. Ben and his team were able to work from a mixture of our ideas, inspiration from visiting gardens and their own extensive experience to create a wonderfully simple and stylish court yard garden, on time and to budget. They are a professional, considerate, intelligent and all round lovely team to interact with and were understanding and helpful when we made a couple of changes mid way through! Ben at Cultivate made an imaginative plan for our garden. His design included a garden studio and he made a solid recommendation for a company to build that. Ben helped us choose good quality materials for the deck, weigh up the options for the planting, and make the other various decisions that are part of any building / landscaping work. 2020 wasn’t the easiest of years to do a major garden project but Ben and his team managed through all of the various uncertainties and we are very pleased with the end result. Ben gave us a practical and straightforward design which met our brief and allowed us to see how our garden could be a place of beauty and inspiration rather than a wasteland. The design to build process was rather drawn out due to the pandemic and our own building works which meant that things had evolved and we wanted to make a few changes.
